View, clean ,helpful staff

Room was a great setup. Space well used. Lovely and comfortable with everything you need. Excellent hot tub.

Limited parking if it's full but great that it's free and not far from your room.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.

Walls were thin could hear the neighbours. Plumbing was noisey, could hear when the neighbours used the water.. toilet, shower and spa. We had interrupted sleep because of it. Ants were invading the room.

We weren’t told that there was a thermal pool at the property, we discovered as we were leaving

Absolutely loved the location, how the room was set out was perfect. Loved the amazing view and to able to lie in bed watch tv but also look out at the gorgeous view was bliss.

The bed was too hard for me and had a stiff neck after sleep. My fault as I should have brought own pillow and next time I will bring a thin mattress. We loved it enough to definitely book again.

The room was well spaced out with everything we needed. Spa was amazing. Customer service was awesome.

Facilities were clean comfortable and quiet

There was no servicing to motel we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper no rubbish or recycling done we did that ourselves and no topping up of coffees and tea or soaps etc like most motels do

The location directly on the shore of Lake Taupo and the walkway around the lake was very good, It was also well placed for day trips to the many thermal attractions between Taupo and Rotorua,

Our room on the ground floor was extremely warm due to the thermal streams under the building, The air conditioning had to be on continually to maintain a comfortable temperature (as recommended by the motel itself). The water running through the pipes of the spa baths in the adjacent rooms was disturbingly loud. The room did not have its own laundry facilities.
