Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Ideal location with train stations nearby. Open lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks was a treat. Breakfast buffet was yummy.

This is a beautiful hotel with well-sized rooms for Tokyo and an attentive staff. It's got a grand lobby and even the walk to our room down the hallways showed a nice view of the courtyard. You could see Mt. Fuji from the distance in our room too. Like all hotels we visited, you're provided with pyjamas which is a nice touch in Japan. Staff were on hand to answer questions and offer advice, which lead to us being able to see the first sunrise of the year with thousands of other people, a Japanese tradition we didn't know about. We were also offered sake on the New Year and got to take home the cups, which was a nice souvenir and a testament to their attention to detail. The location is in a quiet area, with some residential streets but mostly work-oriented, which means there wasn't a great choice for restaurants and entertainment nearby. Luckily, several metro stations are in the area so you'll have no trouble getting to where you want to go.

The hotel and room are very well taken care of and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities available in the room or hotel to make for a great trip.

Absolutely loved it and would stay again! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and spacious and we got a really incredible view. The bed was super comfortable. The neighbourhood is quaint and such a good location to be based for exploring the city, with plenty of access to the train stations super nearby. Everyday after exploring the city we would take the train back and see the gorgeous Tokyo Tower while walking back to the hotel. And we’d come back to such a clean room with cooling AC. What a find this was!

Can’t fault it! The price may be a bit higher than other hotels but for the spaciousness, convenience, cleanliness and everything else it makes it so so worth it.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was spacious and had great view from the window. The hotel is close to the subway station Shiba-Koen and JR station Tamachi, so very convenient to go to many places. I liked the lounge which offers alcohol drink such as beer and wine for free.

Beautiful views of the city and of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Very comfortable room and great complimentary coffee. Close to stations.

Location is nearby office area, however, breakfast does not change and everyday is the same food.

I was given such a small room as compared with my colleagues who paid the same price, hence, this is unfair treatment.

Daily 🍷, soft drink & snack evening party 5-7 pm at 14F lounge. Nice place to take a rest after daily tours. No idea whether such service in place during last stay. Anyway 👍

Cleaning service some hiccup, floor not vacuum cleaned as several bread crumbles left during simple breakfast at room remains when coming back at evening. Informed front desk & seems improved. Staff is attentive & helpful.

The hotel located about 30 minutes car ride from Haneda airport. At a quiet location with easy access to nearby convenient stores, local eateries and public transportations. The property is clean. Friendly staffs.

Room was quite small (but normal in the country) and depending on where you are located wifi isn't that stable
