The reception not very helpful. They’re just doing their job

The staff were all so lovely, and the bed was so comfortable. We had lunch at the restaurant which exceeded our expectations, the service was a 10 of 10.

The reception staff didn't care, ignored us, told us wrong info about the restaurant so we went hungry. Breakfast was average for the price, heated pool was cold. Very disappointed for the money.

the hotel was a simple and practical overnight stop before leaving for uluru the next day. while the hotel is nothing special overall, the comfort and cleanliness of the room rather exceeded our expectations. as did the thai restaurant hanuman, located in the lobby, which we would recommend.

the public parts of the hotel lack charm. also, the service was partially unattentive and slow, in particular in the bar area.

Spacious and clean room, really liked having a balcony. Ate at Hanuman restaurant which was delicious.

Need transport to get into town after hours.

Clean, spacious, friendly competent staff. Having Hanumans in the building is great.

The double bed too small & bedding heavy. Shower over the bath is less than optimal.

The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast was good and the facilities were comfortable.

Wir waren zu Beginn der Reise und am Schluss hier. Wir allen beide das beste Essen während unserer grossen Reise hier genossen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!

Es gab kein Bell Boy. Wir haben das Gepäck selber mit dem Rollewagen transportiert. Die Ausfahrt vom Parking funktionierte beide Male nicht...

The staff at check in did not inform me that breakfast was included, therefore I missed out. The air conditioning was set to a setting that was not comfortable.

Room was very nice and clean. Good location. The free wifi as pretty bad. The staff in the reception were a bit lazy according to international travel standards. Overall, a good stay.

the lady cleaners were nice. location was good. we like the peacock.

Property was outdated. the bathrooms weren’t really clean. there was mould in the silicon on the tiles in the bathtub. the mattress was sinking in the middle. reception was a little abrupt and slow.

Room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was great with plenty of options for all tastes, wants and needs. The pool area was excellent. the internent was a little slow but worked ok . The resident Lyrebird was a nice addition to the grounds.

the fact that you had to join the Hilton Honors rewards program to get the free wifi was a bit of a pain (not a problem to join) the fact they already have all your details it surprised us that you had to join the program to gain internet or pay for it at a daily rate. Bar service from the pool was a little disorganised and had to go looking for our drinks. I think staff shortages are still hitting the industry a bit. most Hotels we stay in around the world these days provide complimentary water on a daily basis surprised that a hotel in the middle of a desert town doesn't think it needed to .

Wir waren hier nur eine Nacht und die war sehr ok. Betten sauber, großes Zimmer.

Hatten scheinbar versehentlich ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Das sollte aber dennoch sauber sein. Das Bad fand ich jedoch ziemlich abgenutzt und ekelig. Das Hotel allgemein ist in die Jahre gekommen.

There was a laundrette to wash clothes after our bush trip.

It was an out of season hotel, which many facilities closed.

Visited local friends for Breakfast! Had a short but very enjoyable stay.

Thin walls so could hear neighbouring rooms TVs, conversations and even worse intercourse

The rooms were clean,comfortable beds and has everything we needed for our stay.Best one so far out of the other 4 hotels we stayed with. Definitely going to stay there every time we go.

Lift not working outside my room for this weekend. I had been here the weekend before when it had been very wet and cold, buckets all along the corridors catching water and no hot water. The hot water was unreliable for this weekend 8-10 July some days only tepid.

Room service was faster than expected delivery, and after a week hiking the laundry facilities were commercial grade and perfect for a quick turnaround.

The beds rare extremely comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good quality. Delicious omelettes cooked on request.

I would have liked a small tetrapak milk in the fridge and some cold water.
