Staff were friendly, the rooms are very clean and cosy. The views are breath taking.

The walls are sooo thin! I heard my boss’ next door on the phone and the bloke above me phone’s conversation very clearly and couldn’t sleep well. The free breakfast didn’t offer much options.

Friendly, efficient staff. Comfy bed, clean room, large shower. Had an evening meal which was very tasty and good value. The 'light breakfast' of cereal and toast was fine for us.

Hooks for clothes but no coathangers. No chest of drawers or storage for clothes. Only one bed side table, could do with a shelf on the other side.

We only spent 2nights there as we were visiting family close by. There was a lot of refurbishment going on but it did not interrupt us. We will certainly visit again. Noisy cockerel in morning.

Booked and turned up after driving for over 8 hours ready to sleep. Upon arrival greated with a large wedding party and very loud music. Wouldn't cancel my booking and I had to leave

The restaurant on site was lovely with lots of variety on the menu! Every member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and friendly!

room was too hot and unfortunately as I was at the back of the hotel, and I had to have the windows open, I was disturbed by a lot of animal noise in the night! cute little farm yard and beautiful view, just the noise! can’t be helped with Animals but would request a different room in future!

The staff were really friendly and a cooked breakfast in them morning for just £8 total bargain! The room was super clean, which I loved and the sheets were buttery soft. The light in the bathroom was out but they fixed it right away.

We were placed in a room directly above a wedding reception which we didn't know about until we were going out for the evening as the music only started as we were leaving. I mentioned it at the bar but they just advised the music would be off by 12.30am. We had driven 20min away when we got a text offering to move our room as they didn't know we weren't there for the wedding as "guests select their rooms". Firstly, I just booked a room I did not select "stick me in the noisy room". However, we were already out now and wouldn't be back until after 10pm so the offer was of no help. Music was off by 12.30 then just screaming and shouting from guests till 1am ish but then was fine. The bed was *rock hard* and also on a slope so seriously uncomfortable for a side sleeper.

The beds were very comfy and the view when we woke up and looked out the window was a lovely change of scenery from the city!

There was no hand towel in the bathroom, we didn’t realise until after we washed our hands - but mostly our fault as towels are provided in the rooms
