Radiator was not working

Room was Clean and Tidy . Bed was comfortable . Free Wifi. Availability of parking next to the house . Kitchen facility and it was clean . Host response was fast and excellent communications .

There was no fan , and no dryer in the room . Bathroom was small and so as shower space , Exhaust fan was very dusty and needs a serious clean .

GOOD LOCATION AND PROXIMITY TO THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.

Not a bed and breakfast. Room only.

Bed matresses may have been orthopaedic ones - very firm and not very comfortable. Need your own 'built-in' padding :-).

The property was clean, the house keeper on arrival was very friendly and helped us settle in and showed us around our room she also helped us with information for local public transport. Parking was good either outside the property or parking to the side of the building. The owner was very professional and was excellent at replying to any questions (via messages) this was an overall excellent experience and I would definitely recommend for the future 😊 The other issue is it’s quite far from nearby town such as manchester 20 minutes via car or 40 minutes via bus. Taxi very expensive bus I would recommend.

The only issue we experienced was the mattress was quite hard and only had one pillow which was uncomfortable.
