Front desk staff were very impolite. Even we showed our booking confirmation, they repeated in front of us, the guest, de toute façon on est complet!!!! and after they finally found our booking, they did not apologies. First welcome was very disappointed.

The outdoor, heated swimming pool with sea water was about the only thing I liked about this hotel. Also, the hotel is located right next to the ocean and away, but not too far, from busy, touristic villages (La Flotte, St.-Martin, etc.). Peaceful! Everything on the island is maximum 15 minutes away by car.

Hotel looks outside & inside more like a dated 1980's Novotel then a luxury resort hotel. Rooms are very small and badly decorated. Think Ibis / Novotel, from +30 years ago. I booked & paid for a room with ocean view and I couldn't see the ocean at all (room 100). Every single room on the ground floor has NO ocean view. Only when you book a room on the first floor! Food in the poolside restaurant was disappointing. Very ordinary and expensive for what it was. Staff did not even bother to ask at check-out if we liked our stay. Nothing. Just pay and go. I simply did NOT like this hotel at all. Next time I will certainly choose another hotel.

Great facilities with a nice relaxing spa and roof terrace, good bar and restaurant. Bikes and e-Bikes available to hire to explore the villages.

The spa is great for a day, but not very user-friendly for longer stays, fo example none of the loungers lie flat, you can't access the bar for coffee directly from the spa, it is next door.

Bike hire easy was easy and reception staff friendly The room was a good size. When my husband lost the key to his bike they sent a driver with a replacement at no extra cost.

The beach by the hotel is not very pretty nor would you want to swim there. Our room said sea view but only if you were standing on tip toes! No privacy on our patio. People walking by and kids playing right in front of you. We had to wait for ages for our supper. A long walk to the spa

No space in restaurant for both night we stayed and staff couldn't speak English and were not very helpful.

-There was one member of staff who was really rude, ( having booked well in advance and after messaging hotel) we arrived a little earlier and 3 of our group were given rooms, but two of us had to wait, one couple for 1.5 hrs, ( at least we could use the facilities! But not really anywhere to change) the lady who welcomed us was great, but after complaining about our room not being ready one member of staff really rudely and arrogant answered us back! Never had we had that before especially as I specifically tried to organise a special trip for a special birthday. Customers should be spoken to like that, therefore we decided not to eat in the restaurant that night and the ten of us went elsewhere ( ten lots of people eating dinner is a lot of custom to lose!) - seeing as I booked all the rooms together it would have been nice to put our rooms together, but one was separate and a different style room, but bizarrely for the same price...i feel that this is wrong and needs to be addressed - for the price , the room facilities were poor, welcome tray was poor, and toiletries for the price paid was poor. - breakfast was poor for the price and the staff were struggling to replenish the supplies, poorly organised breakfast - one bedroom we were shown had 2 very disgusting stains on the carpet. - people in the breakfast rooms were walking around in their robes! I didn't think this was very appropriate and believe it should be changed. - poor gym facilities - on checking out, the staff didn't really ask if we enjoyed our stay and if everything was OK. - too many rooms and too commercial a hotel for a spa break. , it should state on the website that not just hotel guests are using the facilities

Beach front location was great as was the hotels proximity to the local town and shops. The outdoor beach area beside the pool was a great spot to relax. The reception and housekeeping team were very accommodating of extra requests.

One minor things was that the setting of the room door closing mechanisms was such that it resulted in a fairly loud bang if people didn't ease their doors closed gently. Not uncommon in many hotels and not great if you are trying to sleep in.

the view and location were fantastic. The beds and room were exceptionally comfortable and well equiped. Fresh sea air right into your room

the hotel is a 35 minute walk from the nearest non- hotel restaurant. The hotel restuarant is over priced and caters only for high end dining "experiences" . The bar food was expensive with an extremly limited menu. Some staff (not all the receptionist on our first day was very helpful), were unpleasant to deal with, were passive aggessive and arguementative. We decided not to go to breakfast for the last couple of days due to this as we did not want the stress.

Fabulous location and dinner was amazing - delicious breakfasts too.

I think 4* is a bit of a stretch. The rooms were okay but expensive for what they are - no pictures on the room gave them a motel/budget feel. I think the price reflects the location and not the quality of the hotel.

pool area was ok ,sun loungers uncomfortable very mean small towels on offer , thankfully i always have my own beach towels

massage for a spa was appalling and expensive compared to others places on the island wifi was almost nonexistent and mobile signal just bad only place to gain wifi was in the reception area which was not ideal

The cost of €330 per night for a mediocre room was extremely excessive. The hotel claims to be 4* but in my estimation was a 3* at best. Breakfast charge was outrageous at €26 per head. I would say €200 would be about right

We wanted a quiet location overlooking the sea where we could relax in comfort, this was the ideal place. We could walk or run along the beach paths and roads staying fairly close to the resort - which has bikes available if you want to go further afield.

Use of heated salt water pool was highly appreciated, as swimming at ocean is not possible due to rocks, stones. Location is remote an very quiet. Very friendly staff.
