very kind reception, great personal service throughout the stay, excellent restaurant available, great pool (large) and beach literally across the street.

v warm pool. and could walk from the hotel straight onto beach. in the sea in under 2 mins!

Air Con extremely noisy. Hotel were informed but no change. Wi-Fi was very poor. Found some staff surly & not friendly at all (very odd contrast!!).

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They let us check in early and leave our baggage at the hotel.

The room was very small and needed updating. Breakfast was very basic.

The location couldn't be beaten, with the beautiful beach just across the road it was superb. The staff were also very helpful especially the two girls on reception and Nick the bar manager, however, we felt very let down as over the course of the 3 days that we stayed at the hotel as we were unable to connect to the 'free' Wifi once. The router was just outside of our room & we tried all hours of the day & night to connect to it but were never once successful. When we enquired if this was normal we were told that the Wifi is only 3g & they do have many complaints that guests are unable to connect to it. If this is the case either upgrade the system or don't advertise free Wifi as it's very misleading! Our room was described as having a view of the inner courtyard which was in fact just a view of the service alley leading to the restaurant, so that was a bit of a disappointment. The room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable & although the shower was powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water, the experience would of been so much nicer if the grout wasn't so mouldy. I'm afraid it's a pet hate of mine which can so easily be rectified with some bleach & a scrubbing brush! All of the negatives wouldn't put me off staying there again though as the location was perfect, but we did leave feeling that it wasn't value for money because of the little niggles that we had with the view, the condition of the tiles but most of all the lack of Wifi!

We loved the location and swimming pool. Our room had a shady terrace and a large bathroom.

We would have liked the floor to be cleaned of sand every day. Wardrobe space could have been improved.

bedroom was a bit small especially manovering by wardrobe and safe.

It was great to have a pool as it was so hot whilst we were on the island. The bar at the side of the restaurant was great, as was the bar man Rick, very talented.
