The island and cycling around so we didn’t stay much in our dingy apartment.

Lack of outside space in apartment. V little natural light that felt oppressive. Apartment was short of any form of comfort. Lack of any kind of local information on arrival. Poor communication from outset ie booking onwards. Communal areas smelt of an old people’s home.

the mattresses were so extremely hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep. if you have a weak back then those beda are no good.

The appartement was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. The residence was calm. The swimming pool was at a great temperature. We were always able to find a parking spot for the car and for the bikes we rented.

The appartment could have been cleaner.

Attention. Swimming pool opening hours and personnel was unkind. Bad pillows and low confort. It doesn't work as a hotel..not value for money.

the £300 deposit was taken from our account and is yet to be returned-as opposed to other accommodations which freeze the amount on a card. Despite leaving the apartment in a better and cleaner state than we arrived, we are still waiting for the deposit to be returned. the apartment was ok but not that we, as very experienced travellers, would call 4 star. I am not sure when or what the cleaners do as it was very dusty. poor water pressure in the shower. also the charge for our dog was higher than anywhere else.

The Look of the Overall facility- in a Good Sharp.

The Appartement was terrible noisy. The Vmc was between the parents and. Holsteins bedroom and making sich a noise the whole night that I could not sleep well. In addition The Appartement was at 17 degrees when we came in and switched on the heating. It made a noise like an aircraft was taking off. And came on intermittently during the night. At one point I had to get up at 03.00 am to switch it off completely cause our oldes daughter was literally falling off the bed when it started, but then we started to freeze. They really have a problem with the vmc and heating. There was no possibility to eat anything in the facility when we arrived late and all restaurants were full in town, so we had to drive 15 km to find an open pizza place on the island.

Very clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere (maybe because it was a little off season). Room was well appointed and everything was explained and easy to use.

Pet charges should be mentioned on the website, people often dont expect extras if they have selected pet friendly hotels. I wish the property gave bath accessories etc for long stays, they made an exception for me but thats not the norm.

The location and pool were good, as was the ample parking.

I thought that our apartment was much too small for 4 people. And while other apartments had big terraces, ours only had a tiny strip of space – barstools rather than chairs.
