Service of the staff, when I return at night to Hotel, there was no Room service, I have request reception to provide me only water , which they supposed to keep every day, but unforfunateky they says No service available after 12, even they can't arrange a water bottle. I'm a regular customer of them but they are very poor in service.

The night shift guy always so rude and several times I stayed there he had problem with finding my booking everytime I have to wait long until they find the booking never printed and ready to ease the process of check inn , also few parking available all the other surrounding parking is with payment

service is very poor, I checked in at 12 night and ask reception for room service to get help for the bed, but got the answer that no one available in night, will get the service in the morning.

Clean hotel plus a very good location and quite affordable.

Value-for-money hotel in a good location. Spacious, clean room, and a gym plus pool on the rooftop. Accommodating staff. Three elevators, which was convenient.

The AC and fridge were very noisy; they should be replaced! Breakfast was meagre, not all food times were refilled. One of the guys serving the breakfast was constantly on his phone, and therefore not welcoming. There was no information about the hotel in the room; that would have been useful.

The room was too stinky , there where men's body hair all over the bed , toilet was leaking, there was a used old lotion , the air conditioners air filter smel like the sea and the refrigerator was too noisy

The pool is closed for maintenance from 3rd day till end of my stay 10th day I was assigned the smallest room in the hotel

All was well but only Breakfast was not good. Mentioning Continental Breakfast They Serve only Arabic & Lebanese Breakfast

More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom, as there is an unpleasant smell
