Great older style hotel, spent Christmas here and loved the attention we received. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Zimmermöbel nicht mehr zeitgerecht

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und das Bett bequem. Die Poolanlage/ Whirpool ist schön.

Das Personal ist leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbreit. Wir kamen erst spät in der Nacht an, ohne vorher gebucht zu haben. Bei booking waren freie Zimmer verfügbar. Die Unterkunft teile uns mit es gäbe nur ein Raucherzimmer und der Preis war fast doppelt so hoch. Als Nichtraucher konnten wir dort natürlich nicht schlafen. Erst nach vielen Bitten unsererseits wurde uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Fragen nach Touren oder Hilfe beim buchen wurde uns verwehrt. Wir haben mehrfach angesprochen dass wir uns nicht willkommen geheißt fühlen und diese wurde ignoriert. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist ein absolutes Standard Frühstück und wird keinesfalls 5 Sternen gerecht. Das Personal spricht nur schlecht englisch und die Kommunikation wurde dadurch sehr erschwer. Generell bekommt man für sehr viel Geld nur recht wenig. Es war leider das schlechteste Hotel ( und dazu das teuerste) welches wir in ganz Vietnam gebucht haben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls nicht gut. Zur Fortbewegung ist man auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Schade!

Not too expensive

Breakfast is poor because breakfast is not included so only a handful of people purchase it, making it a very simple one compared with the breakfast offered at other hotels. Also manager refused entry of guest passing 10pm.

The breakfast buffet, the gym and the front staff at the entry/doors and near the cars.

The website should be currently updated informing guests of the closure of the rooftop. Some of the female staff (2 of them) in the Chinese restaurant were pushy and had bad attitude.

Location was very convenient. Great buffet breakfast. Free access to club lounge and the staffs were very helpful.

Nothing i can remember of.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, great variety and service. The room was also great, large, serviced with whatever we wanted. The location also proved to be very handy, the availability of the inhouse courtesy vehicle, could not have been better. The staff, I must say, welcoming and continued to service with a smile, and provided assistance when needed.

I am not sure there was anything that we did not like. If the question was, where could we improve. Possible gift pack in the room or welcoming pack. Maybe something to consider as special going forward. A discount bathroom robe, I considered on one day. Not that we have room in our baggage, anyway.

Breakfast is bad, only a few choices, and exactly the same every day.

The bath tub is a bit high to get in and out,it might post a danger for senior. Also brighter light is helpful.

We only stayed here one night and had chosen it because it was close to the bus station to go to Can Tho. As a hub to stay Saigon a few days and explore the city I wouldn’t chose it.

The staff was amazing

Nice ambience. Spacious room. Clean.

No menu to order food. In-room dining staff couldn't understand English, so we couldn't order food.

the location is great as getting around was rather easy. one can walk or just catch a taxi to the place. The check-in was very efficiently done. We were very thankful that the hotel allowed us to check in early after 12pm. The staff were very polite and knowledgeably about the area too. Mr Hoang, I believe, is the manager, was also very helpful in assisting with our check-in. Even the concierge on the ground floor was extremely helpful. The facilities were kept clean - the pool was inviting and so was the jacuzzi. a great place to stay!

it met the standard of a good hotel. all was good for us. even food was easily available outside the hotel.
