Location and cleaniness
Front desk staff was not very attentive. Check in and check out was really very slow. Room service food was horrible. Sinthetic chicken broth and disgusting hamburger patties.

The location is very convenient, particularly after arriving via international arrivals in terminal two.
1. There were issues with accessing the parking. 2. Since it’s marketed as a five star hotel, we would have liked to have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna. 3. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with the local hotel itself.

Seleccioné este hotel por su ubicación dentro de la terminal 2 del aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México ya que tenia vuelo por Aeromexico y salimos directamente al área de documentación de Aeromexico en el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones del hotel están cómodas y de buen tamaño. No desayunamos en el hotel.
No encuentro algo que no me haya gustado del hotel.

Tuve que bajar a pedir mi cena.
Pedi el bagel de salmon y estaba horrible y creo echado a perder porque me enfermé del estomago!!!!

Location of property at Terminal 2 of the airport is ideal for early morning flights. The staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable.
Coffee maker didn’t work and when you have an early AM flight coffee was important! The bath towels made up of a rough material. They were not soft to the skin.

Ubicado en la terminal 2 del aeropuerto, lo elegimos porque teníamos una escala de 12 horas. Pasamos la noche y volamos al día siguiente a primera hora.
Considerando que es un hotel de aeropuerto el horario del desayuno podría ser más amplio. Teníamos que salir a las 6 y empezaba 6:30.

The physical part of the hotel was nice.
We arrived very late for a very early flight the next day. Hard to find the hotel. Then had to stand in a *very* long line for check in—more than 30 mins. Staff was nasty. Also we had received about 20 emails about the breakfast, which starts at 5 am. Got up a little early to grab some breakfast, only to be told it was not included in our room. 😤

Was a fantastic location. Easy access to terminal two. We were very happy with the service.

The hotel is located directly inside terminal 2 we had a connection flight earlier next day so it is perfect. The room is the biggest Ive ever taken in Mexico and surprisingly super quiet and clean even if it is right inside the airport. The decorations is elegant and modern. The hotel also give us the opportunity to do pre checkin to choose the room. I would definitely recommend it to whoever need to stay over in the airport
The hotel is in the 6th floor of the terminal 2 but the sign to find it is not very clear, could be improved

La atención muy lenta, esperamos casi 30 min en poder ser atendidas y el proceso fue muy lento que no funcionaba el sistema y tardaron mucho , ademas que aquí en booking decía que se cobraría por adelantado y allá me decían que era pago directo con ellos. Hubo una confusión que hizo más lento el proceso.

Specious and clean airport hotel
Check in process took extremely long. None of the staff was competent in English. Apart from being slow in processing our check in, receptionists struggled in their communication with us due to language barrier. After the check out, I've reached out to the hotel twice but they did not respond at all. My family and friends, we've stayed in 4 rooms and after the check out on May 7th till now we've not received the final invoice.

Location is impossible to be better...it is perfect. Room is very spacious... breakfast is very good ... check-in/out is pretty fast...
I would just recommend to add some screen with flights information.

The location in the terminal was perfect for us - overnight layover. It was nicely appointed, very polite and helpful bilingual front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet. 24 hour room service was wonderful and had very good service.
Smell of stale cigarette smoke prevalent in the lobby- likely hard to get rid of and possibly a result of air intake from outside.

the property was easily accessible for a layover. The room was nice and clean.
Approximate time 10PM… No direct issues with the property. Our issues begin with the front desk telling us they didn’t have any rooms available. I overheard the couple behind us saying they had hoped they had rooms left. For some reason the other couple ended up at the desk next to us and had no problem getting a room. I told the receptionist that I see rooms available online so I walked away and booked it online. We went to check in and then I was told I have to wait for them to receive the booking, no big deal. after about 15 minutes I got back in line and finished checking in. They offered a wake up call and I asked if they could call us @ 5AM as our flight was a little after 7AM. This would give us enough time to grab a quick bite at the buffet on our way out. We headed to our room and as we opened the door there was a lady half naked trying to cover herself. It was a very awkward situation for both. Not only did it scare the lady, my wife was pissed off. We went back to the receptionist and told them what happened and got “Oh, sorry let us get you a different room” almost as if it was a normal occurrence. We proceed to our room and haven’t had anything to eat for ours. We planned on going down to one of the restaurants and having dinner but there was no way to get my wife to leave the room with all of our luggage knowing what just happened and there was no way I could leave my wife alone in the room and go get food . We showered and went to bed very tired with no food. Next thing I know is I look at my phone to check the time and it’s 6:10AM. NO WAKE UP CALL! our flight is in one hour with no way of knowing exactly where our gate was. Still with no food and no chance to eat now. We hurry out as fast as we can and tell the desk as we check out and they just say “Sorry” and walk away. This is not some cheap hotel, I can’t believe we payed nearly $250. for this experience. Completely unacceptable!
