Clean room with balconies over looking the city and Mount Vesuvius. Sound proof and great pillows. Bed comfortable. Great location central to everything

Centralt & bra läge och det var bra frukost. Trevlig personal,fick ett bättre rum än vi betalat för när vi checkade in och var en en trevlig vistelse. Bor gärna här igen

Om man ska anmärka på nåt var det lite dåligt tryck på vattnet i duschen.

Tutto ok, dalla camera spaziosa alla colazione ottima (sia dolce che salato) ed infine la posizione direi strategica per chi viaggia in treno.

La camera (148 Superior), benché spaziosa e comoda, con scarsa insonorizzazione degli impianti di scarico. con disturbo del sonno.

La colazione era buonissima di ottima qualità, dolci e salati buonissimi. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per fare tutti gli spostamenti per vedere la città, a 2 passi dalla metro linea 1 e stazione centrale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the train station. Rooms are a good size and comfortable!

We had a great rest at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were so clean and lovely furnished, the beds very comfortable and the AC is temperature controlled, which is great. Our balcony was in an indoor garden, so it was very quiet during the night. And the location of the hotel is great if you have a train or an airplane to catch in the morning, being right next to the central station.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and wellllocated near the train station. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a one night stay!

Well appointed rooms in good condition; we asked for a quiet room on a high floor and got one that was whisper quiet despite being close to the train station. The room we got was smaller than the advertised size - the bathroom was large - maybe the space disappeared into the bathroom.

Outside the hotel there was a lot of rubbish flying around - not their fault but presents badly; the breakfast was not that great at all and any cooked eggs required additional payment despite paying for a full breakfast in our booking

The location is great as it’s right next to Napoli Centrale. There’s a metro station as well and you can, of course, walk anywhere by foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are sunlight blocking curtains! Rooms have air con as well.

Bed sheets have some stains on them. The price for laundry services is absurd. €2,50 to wash one pair of underwear?! Also, the hotel is quite noisy. You can hear everyone in the hallway. After a day of hitting the town, I come back to my hotel room to find my necklace missing. I don’t know if the cleaning personnel accidentally vacuumed it up or not. It wasn’t very valuable but still valuable to me.

Location was perfect for us, right next to the rail station. There was no traffic noise despite the central location.

The service from the staff. Very poor hospitality and behaviour. Horrible room service. We asked for some cutlery and glasses to the room and we were rudely denied.

very noisy, from both the street and the hallways. the area near to the hotel (walking distance) didn’t feel secure. the room had multiple insects such as mosquitoes. there was a paid parking garage under the hotel but it was so narrow, it will be hard to park an SUV.

everything was very good ! the room was great and very clean! although there is train station near there was no noise to keep us awake ! the staff was helpful and polite !

the location for some people might don't like it , but for us was great because we used buses and train for Pompei etc. which was across the street!!

We had a family room which was a good size and comfortable beds, with a little balcony. The hotel is in a great location next to the main train station so made getting around Naples easy. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Because of the location it could be a little noisy at times but it faded into the background quickly. The room doors are quite thin so you could hear people walking down the corridors and opening /closing doors but this didn't impact on our stay.

Traffic and outside noise can be heard very easily from the room. Good double glazing or noise elimination apertures needed. Shower a bit too narrow and little shelf in shower is wrongly placed as you bump into it since shower is narrow.

Location was great. Hotel seemed decently clean and staff were somewhat helpful.

We were given the incorrect room initially. We eventually changed rooms but it still was not the correct room. Staff were mildly helpful but made it seem as if it was our fault and a massive inconvenience. The beds were not very comfortable and there was no AC or fan - this made it challenging to sleep in the summer. This was not a cheap hotel so we were very disappointed overall.

We booked this hotel as it was recommended on a list of hotels for a trip we had to Pompeii. It is right next to the main train station and underground network and in a busy piazza which gets manic at busy times (very entertaining to watch) but good if you use the underground network Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a balcony facing the piazza - given this, you would think that it would be very noisy and it was when the balcony door was open, but as soon as you shut it - nothing from outside.....very peaceful. It is in a very good location and has underground parking where you leave your keys as the staff have to move cars around but they are very caring to your car. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel as the piazza has a vast array of cafes and restaurants, there is a high police presence around so it is a safe place to be. The breakfast was vast and fresh, but very busy so at times it is hard to get a table, but the staff were efficient about clearing used tables so a wait of only a few minutes.

Noise from other guests when they are walking through the corridors, but that is down to other people not being respectful so nothing the hotel can do about that.
