Near the airport, convient access to the tram which bring you at the door of the terminal.

The attitude of some of the staff,although one member went beyond her duties.

Dog allowed in the room with nominal charge. (Though not permitted in dining room) Dining room staff provided us with a table in the bar to enable our dog to join us whilst we ate. Conveniently located from roquade, tho surrounded by gypsy travellers. Easy access (including wheelchair access) from car park.

Couldn't adjust temperature of the room. Pillows very old, thin and lumpy. (There were additional ones ones in a drawer which were better. ) A bulb was missing in one of the bedside lamps (a bulb was provided on request by the reception desk staff) Ordered a room accessible for a wheelchair. An additional single bed had been put in the room which made one side of the bed inaccessible. (I managed to move it so that my husband could maneuver around the room in his wheelchair) The water didn't flow away in the shower - a squeezie mop was provided to 'sweep' the water down the drain (!) An hotel so near an international airport and yet no other language TV channels were available. Surrounded by travelling gypsy settlements and room overlooked derelict rubbish tip.

The food at the evening meal was super. Great range of choices. Clean bed and bathroom but the carpet was not. Straightforward for the airport next morning.

Bit basic. Access to the hotel parking/front of the hotel was difficult. The shower was tepid. The smell of plumbing was problematic overnight. No cups for tea or coffee and reception gave paper ones when asked. Difficult with boiling water for tea.

The service.Awfull. We stay once or twice a month in this hotel since it opened. The service was perfect. In the last year changed a lot. Now ir't awfull.

This hotel is convenient for the Airport and has a number of eating places in the vicinity. The rooms are well equipped and perfect for a one night stay before or after a flight. Very good quality sheets on the bed .

We really didn't like the very flat pillows. The bed itself was very comfortable but my sleep wasn't great because I am used to sleeping on much thicker pillows.
