Aménagement des chambres : trop étroite (garder la porte des toilettes ouvertes pour etre confortable), pas de poubelle, pas de savon au niveau du lavabo. Propositions (confitures, fromage, charcuterie, etc.) du petit déjeuner trop restreintes. Jus de fruit médiocre.

L'accueil la proximité de l'aéroport

Le lit était mou et le pire c'est les oreillers autant ne pas en avoir.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Excellent shower. Location close to airport so convenient for business. At around. £65 this represented good value for the price and it is as stated a "Budget" hotel.

TV didn't work properly in that programmes could not be selected from the "menu" but only by flicking through the channels. Breakfast was not worth bothering with. Coffee was awful, fruit salad looked old and unappetising, stewed apple brown. Croissants ok, no fruit juice. Hairdryer loan requires a 10 euro deposit.

Value to price, the booking was a very good selection. As with several hotels in this area, they are very conveniently located to the tram. When booking, the proximity to the Bordeaux airport was a noise concern, however the noise was not a concern while staying.

During check-in, I felt the gate was a little confusing. At first, I noticed was the number keypad and card sensor. Maybe a sign stating .. Guest Registration. Press here for reception. Or maybe a sign that designated an area backed away from the gate as... Registration - 5 minutes parking. While I desired to leave, someone else had stopped at the gate to check-in. I was in no hurry, so it was really only a minor inconvenience to wait as they completed registration.

No frills but good value for money. Small, basic and budget but that suits the price. Perfect for quick turnaround travel.

Problem with the breakfast arrangements for my daughter who was in a family room.Your site stated breakfast included for adult and two children however when we got there we were asked for extra money for children’s breakfast.We were then told it would have been cheaper to book directly with ibis and cut out booking.com.Not a good start to the stay .The girl was adamant we should pay extra money so that was that.

I thought the staff led by Sebastian were excellent. They went above and beyond when asked to assist us. Couldn't be more impressed by them.

The hotel was very convenient for airport and early flight time. Clean. Adequate breakfast on site. Good restaurant in neighbouring hotel for evening meal. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good value.

Would have been more comfortable with second pillow. This is a budget hotel and does not provide hospitality tray in room, but I would suggest bottled water in the rooms should be provided as an essential. If you have a lot of luggage, beware cost of taxi to airport is 20 euros from the hotel. Extortionate given the very short distance.
