Super l’amabilité de la réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli le soir, super le petit déjeuner…et le chauffage dans la chambre.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais qui fait le job.

I didn’t get to the hotel till very late due to plane being delayed but was met by very nice person at the desk. Showed me to my room which was very cosy and warm. I have used Kyraid before and have always been satisfied and good value for money.

15 minutes d'attente à la réception où il n'y avait personne La clé magnétique ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai dû retourner à l'accueil à plusieurs reprises pour en changer. Petit déjeuner médiocre compte tenu du prix

it was very clean

on arrival to the reception. the receptionist was on the phone an continued for 15/20mins an didn’t want to acknowledge me that I was there. Then, finally, when she got off the phone, she give me a room. Don’t feel like it was the furthest away. The weather was really bad rain an hail an rain and it felt like she did it on purpose. Secondly, she did not give me no password for the Wi-Fi just didn’t feel like she wanted to serve me as a guest wich made me feel very uncomfortable. I really think it was actually nice place but I won’t be staying here again.

Super friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. The room we're basic but clean. There was a kettle and some tra bags in the room. The bathroom had a hairdryer

The breakfast area needed a goid clean. The floor was sticky, the hot buffet of bacon, sausage, and eggs was broken (food was cold) and there were fruit flies all over the bread and croissants area.
