The split level room with somewhere comfy to sit rather than the bed is great. Breakfast was tasty, and probably one of the best I have had , much Better than the hotel group that calls itself Premier!

Rooms have everything you would expect, but ours was missing a hair drier, which was quickly resolved with a smile by the on site staff, so not really a negative.

Location is great. Room was clean and sheets etc.

Bed really uncomfortable and has a mound in the middle. Hotel smells mouldy.

Clean room. Bathroom with a bath and shower. Plenty of hot water and soft clean white towels. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding.

The room was very hot, even with the radiator turned off and it being -5 outside, opening the windows helped but the traffic noise was so loud you will need earplugs and to top it off the bed was very hard and the pillows were like wafers.

The style of room layout was very attractive, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Have stayed there before and location was near to where I wanted to go to , staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was what I expected.

Like I have mentioned I have stayed there before so I knew what to expect but I did notice the deterioration in the hotel of the fabric of the building ie wore carpets , furniture think the hotel needs a refurbishment plan.

Location very good for my visit purposes but not for traffic noise. The garden centre complex next door is useful for a cafe and Sainsbury's.

The noise from the constant traffic on A5 kept me awake. The rooms at the back should be triple glazed. I wish I had known that I could ask for a room at the front of the Hotel.
