It was beautiful inside. The rooms were huge. It felt modern but old at the same time which I liked. It was secure, 2 coded doors! Came with a fridge which was brilliant as we had lemonade, cupcakes etc… was close to everything we needed.

Nothing the property was great. I only marked one point down as we had to pay a £100 damage deposit and I was told I’d get it back within 7 days of departure. I had to message the place and ask where the money was and suddenly it was straight in my bank as soon as I questioned. Unsure if this was a genuine mistake or not!

There are no blinds on the velux window, so it was very bright in the bedroom early in the morning. There is no socket next to the mirror to plug the hair dryer.

Location, space in the apartment, everything you need included, good quality beds, bedding and towels. Champagne and wine glasses. Spotlessly clean, tasteful modern decor, adequate seating. Comfortable beds. Perfect temperature in the apartment. Key code instead of keys perfect for groups.

WiFi didnt function well for streaming.

Stayed for a hen do, apartment was just what we wanted and more. Perfect location for getting into town but also quiet enough to be away from the city centre madness. The apartment its self was amazing with nice open plan for the group to come together. Staff were really helpful on arrival.

Not much not to like! Only fault was didn't provide a tea towel but that is being picky!

Location fab much better than a hotel

Great space and very well set up for a group, we were a hen party and it suited us perfectly. Beds were very comfy. Well equipped with most things we needed. Nice building in a great location and felt very secure. The lady at reception was fantastic and very helpful.

Check in and reception is around the corner, rather than on-site. It’s not far at all, just mildly inconvenient if you’re carrying a lot of luggage! No way to pay by card, despite the check-in email advising to pay the balance using the same card you booked with. Cash or bank transfer on arrival. We found a few stains on the duvets, pillows, and mattress covers. Didn’t spot them until the morning so we didn’t flag them to staff.

thought we had paid for tiki bar but wasn’t included in our room. so very disappointed as that was one of the reasons we booked it.Rooms are very dark and couldn’t even open a window for fresh air. Didn’t like going somewhere else to collect codes for getting in to our apartment would be better someone meeting you for 2 mins to let you in.

perfect location , however it was a little out the way to walk to the hotel where you have to collect the access details

it’s quite dark, from a girls point of view makeup is hard and the bathroom mirrors are very high. I’m 5,7 but couldn’t see!
