Room was very spacious and had ample room for a family of 4, let alone 2. 2 generous double beds, a wardrobe and a central table made it very comfortable. nice peaceful area

Slightly outside the main city centre, but not too far away, about 10-15 minutes drive. The restaurant needs to cater for more dietary requirements.

Nice hotel and nice and friendly staff.

Booked the rooms for family, I pre warned the hotel we would be checking in at midnight, we got to our rooms and they was no beds made up for the kids ,in the end I had to go find some bedding and make the beds ourselves, not great when you have had a 7 hour drive.

Have stayed here a few times now and always found it value for money.

Lovely, spacious, modern twin room, with a double bed each. Good information provided in room to enable us to get the best out of it. Free WiFi and parking, very handy for the Royal Eye Infirmary and not too far from the main hospital. Good food in the restaurant. We thought the room was excellent value and the evening meal and drinks reasonably priced.

It was January and the restaurant was inadequately heated and draughty, being open to the large reception area. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but one a bit offhand. There was no pavement alongside the car park at the front so it was necessary to walk across the car park. We didn't have breakfast - £14 if ordered in advance, £16 on the day seemed pretty steep.

There’s nothing not to like about the property.

Central location. Very spacious room with extras ie bathrobes and slippers. Little touches like the coffee machine, chocolates and bottled water make the stay more memorable. So thank you!

Do not normally have any bad comments but this time in staying, we had a mattress that was so soft and uncomfortable, we didn't give us a good night's sleep. We have stayed at the Future Inn a few times and this was the first time that we felt we had to leave a critical comment.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped Check in staff was very nice A special shout out to Jane at breakfast who was lovely Breakfast food, choice, was excellent.

Breakfast was very good. 2nd day there appeared to be a shortage of tea bags, understanding they were waiting for a delivery.

It’s was clean and good location 

I didn’t appreciate the morning stuff trying to enter the bedroom when we were sleeping as my girlfriend has severe anxiety this made her have a panic attack having a stranger entering the room when she was sleeping waking up to someone there as we did put a do not disturb but still entered , The breakfast on the first morning was awful  they was under staffed waiting more than 10 minutes in front of the line for hot food but the food was cold no cereals available  no juice available all round cleanliness was awful as they was under staffed but the young blond lady who was working she deserves a pay raise. She didn’t stop trying to work all areas

The room was lovely and clean, and we were left alone as put Do Not Disturb sign on, it was everything we wanted, and Breakfast was lovely, really great, as much as I could eat!!...The staff were really friendly, which made our stay really worth while. We will certainly be going back again!!!

The fact that the TV, when started went to a HDMI connection, which wasn't there, so had to change the input to TV, and then, the TV couldn't list a guide, so had to go on my laptop to get a listing for the TV.....but really that is a minor issue....we managed.

Very convenient for ferry at Plymouth. Rooms clean and tidy, beds very comfortable.

Hotel was a nice layout. Good location.

We booked for 4 people, the facilities only catered for 2 Shower gels / cups etc. Also the noise was unbelievable and the bed gave me a really bad back

Quite expensive food and drinks. Food took a while to come. Breakfast took along time as they kept running out of the key things as it got busier.

Breakfast was ok, decent choice but no porridge.quite a lot of the items were running very low. Great size rooms with a lovely comfy bed. Good size car park

Reception staff were a little sharp with their attitude towards guests.

Good city centre location for my purposes, modern and well equipped large hotel. Plenty of free parking, large room, good restaurant and bar.

A pool would have been a nice addition.
