Perfect location for Plymouth Hoe and the British National Firework Championships. Our room was spacious enough to include two tub chairs and a table plus a desk / dressing table and chair. The en-suite shower room was modern, well equipped and best of all well lit. There was a generous amount of tea, coffee and milk which was very welcome. Breakfast was first class, full English cooked to order plus continental buffet. Overall a very welcoming, relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Nothing, our stay was great and our hosts even sorted out car parking vouchers for us at a very reasonable cost. There is on street parking outside the property but the whole area was exceptionally busy because of the firework championships.

The decor was welcoming, the room was clean bright and with modern en suite. The owners were welcoming and helpful providing a map of the city, also allowed us to leave our luggage prior to departure for a couple of hours and booked a taxi to take us to the station.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff were really friendly. Our room was lovely and quiet. The full English breakfast was delicious! It was really useful to be able to purchase a parking ticket from them for £5 a day too. I will definitely return.

Absolutely lovely staff. We had a really friendly welcome and advice about getting around, free early check in and they even went back to double check my room after I thought I had forgotten something. Really quick responses to messages too. Very clean, comfy and quiet room and a tasty full English breakfast. Good central location.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Offered me a map of the area and highlighted some points of interest I might like to visit. The room was small but perfectly formed. Very clean with a modern private bathroom. Breakfast was great with every taste catered for. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was okay not far from the Hoe and Barbican which was nice. Apart from that there was nothing else I liked about the place .

The breakfast was such poor value for money because they had such a limited choice on the buffet if you could call it that with only a few cereals and a choice of a plain or fruit yoghurt and some fresh fruit which didn’t look that fresh. I paid £120 for 2 nights which was a waste of my money. I had a single room with a pokey bathroom and my view wasn’t that Fortunately I won’t be returning . I would avoid staying there again.
