Everything. The place was not good at all

literally at the train station. owner was very friendly and welcoming. parking was free. rooms have sinks, one even had a kitchen, which was nice.

we got rooms in the basement so it got very cold and dark at night. in one of the rooms the window blinds were left on the floor, I had to attach them myself to the window. for a one night stay, the rooms are functional and alright, but not suitable for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect.

Location is perfect for a visit to zermatt-matterhorn. Rooms has great views. Marco is an excellent host and gave handy tips. He let us park our car there for free too!

Infrastructure was a bit tired and desperately needs refurbishment

We did not stay the night as my companion did not feel like she could sleep in the room. Seemed clean at first sight and i was not aware of the deficiencies until she confessed she could not stay there while we were out for a hike. There is nothing to do in Randa except the Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge.

Loved the apartment 2 bedroom really nice and so much room. Easy for 7 or 8. Kitchen and lovely breakfast. Truly a great place. Loved it all!

Could use mats in tub for slippery. Tv in the family suite. Breakfast pricey for what you get.

We had a nice overnight stay here before heading to the Dom the following morning. We were upgraded for free to the two-bedroom apartment on the top floor which was a really nice gesture. The apartment was very spacious, clean & comfortable. The owner of the hotel is the loveliest person ever and we very much appreciated his attention, care & kindness towards us. There is also a little shop on the property where you can purchase food for your hiking needs.

Breakfast was ok; unfortunately there was not a huge variety of options. Although the owner was so lovely, the hotel seemed to us to have a chaotic / disorganised vibe with random furniture lying around the place. The hotel seems to be in need of a bit of attention, care and some renovations to create more of a pleasant ambience. For that reason, we decided to have dinner elsewhere.

Marco was extremely helpful with checking us in. And gave very good information and maps for things to do around the area and in Zermatt also. We had a good home cooked dinner and a good selection at breakfast. There is also a little shop at the hotel to buy snacks and food.

I really liked the host and his willingness, there was also good food and wine.

The location was very convenient, right next to the train station, also we didn't have to carry our luggage on the train to get to Zermatt, traveling with two young children. Beautiful mountains view from our room balcony was excellent. Especially Marco, the manager, was very kind and helpful. We were very late to arrive at the hotel, a little after 9pm, closing check in time,, but he was waiting for us. Not only that, he called us a few times to check on us while we were driving, very exceptional!
