I was let down by another property in the middle of the night, past 12AM in a city and majority of other facilities refused to take us because "You cannot make a booking in the past", quite a ridiculous refusal reason. This hotel was so kind and accepted us straight away, I was amazed and even called them just to confirm that I understood things right. The gentleman at the reception organized everything and we have had our rest before quite a busy day and a long travel back home. It is not a 5* hotel but if you want a decent place to stay over a night or 2 worth the money and with a healthy attitude this is your place to go.

Quieter than I expected considering the location, and a lot cleaner than I expected considering my previous experience with hotels from the same 3-star category.

Amiability from the staff.

Very hot during night, the AC didn’t worked, thin windows that didn’t sound proof the street beside the accommodation.

The size of the beds and bathrooms. In the description it says RomExpo is 10min walking but actually it is half an hour walking...
