Het zwembad is best klein voor hoeveel mensen er zijn en voelt niet zo fris aan. Ook viel de wifi constant weg. Hele sterke rioolgeur uit de wc.

The hotel was idyllic, set back from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It felt like we were in the jungle, so peaceful. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I agree with other reviewers, the bathrooms and towels are slightly dated, but this no way impacted on our holiday. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, everyone we encountered, were absolutely fabulous.So friendly and accommodating nothing was too much bother and they were always smiling. The pool area is really good especially in the evening about 7pm, it is beautifully lit and is so peaceful. The free taxi pick up from the airport is very efficient, however I’d suggest getting the Grab app for taxis, very inexpensive and reliable. The gardens are very well kept and the various wildlife around the resort, with all the different noises makes you think you are literally in the jungle. I can’t recommend this resort enough, excellent value for money. Would I stay here again, absolutely without a shadow of a doubt.

Our toilet bathroom was ramshackle and unhygienic. It had a water leak between the shower and the toilet that has been there a long time because the tiles are discoloured. Our towels were supposed to be white but were brown and the pool towels need to be replaced because they had holes.

Breakfast was good. Staff very good. Very friendly, typical Balinese environment.

The villas, although really lovely and comfortable, are a little tired, and a few things need fixing, e.g., doors didn't quite close together.

In the midst of busy Seminyak, Bali Agung Village was an oasis of tranquility and with an authentic atmosphere. The rooms in the cottage-style accommodation were sufficiently equipped and kept spotless. Staff was exceptional!
