Spotless clean, Rooms very well equipped, Free Bike Hire close to the lake two supermarkets close by. Always beds free at the pool. Flavio and his team are the best nothing is a problem for them. So welcoming and will help you with any queries.

Very nice apartment. Kitchen well equipped, separate air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Parking right in front of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good transport connections, and several shops and restaurants nearby.

Apartment is fully equipped, everything you need, bonus of been given beach towels as well as bath towels. Apartment spacious and we have a garden apartment and it was great.

The location is great, Flavio is the best host! Everything was answered and recommended with smile. The WiFi is good, the swimming pool is nice, a supermarket just across the street, the rooms are well equipped, and again - Flavio :-)

The accommodation is clean, spacious and quiet. Bikes are provided for free. The owner is warm and welcoming. The location is great. We’d definitely go back! Highly recommended

Nice and clean apartment, very spacious. Beds were comfy, Penny store just around the corner. Old town of Sirmione is in 4 km, we walked there and after we took bikes from the apartment (they rent them for free). The host is very friendly, when we needed help with going to hospital, we had all the instructions in 5 minutes :D Kids liked the pool as well!

Furniture is a bit old, but you see it on photos, so nothing to complain about :)

all good, only one critcism: the pillow is too narrow and it feels like no pillow at all.

Host is very kind, excellent location, apartment is very clean and equiped with lot of dishes, coffee, tea, cookies, milk were waiting for us. We liked a lot that they have bikes for guests so we made nice bike tours with kids.

The bicycles to access the tourist area, the beds were v comfortable, the coffee, milk and biscuits. The owner was very helpful

Clean and big apartment. Close to the supermarket and restaurants but very calm location. We came late, when shops were closed but at the apartment we found water, buiscuits and tea, it was very nice. The owner was helpful and friendly.

Fabio is super nice and helpful.

Staffs were very helpful and gave us warm hospitality. We were with 3 kids, and they are very much excited with the swimming pool where they spent much time. All facilities are spotless, and well kept. There are many free-rental bicycles, even for kids, and we used them for visiting old town of Sirmione, and a supermarket (there is a small supermarket just across the street from the Residence, but the bigger one was a bit away). Location was great, in a peaceful and quiet area. We did BBQ on the site, and it was also very nice:-) Thank you very much and we'll be back for the next occasion for sure!

Some bicycles need maintenance, but there are many extras, so you can find the right one without problem.

The possibility to use the free bikes.

Sometimes you could hear the other people in the building. Especially children who where running around. But this didn't bother us very much.

Bikes were awesome, we could rent them for free and ride them into town. The host was also very knowledgeable and nice. He helped us a lot!

Location was perfect for our short day in Sirmione and loved that we were able to use the bikes to cycle into the centre. We mainly explored around Sirmione but spent one day by the pool which was very clean and peaceful. Flavio was extremely helpful giving us tips and very quick to respond to any question we had.
