Wifi not working

I is centrally located. In fact you pay for the location. As far as breakfast is concerned it was OK as same item was put every day. Room was nice and clean.

It is really confusing to locate the hotel for the first timer.

Locatie was ideaal. Personeel vriendelijk.

Als je regelmatig in luxe hotels verblijft, valt dit hotel tegen. De kamers zijn verouderd. Ik had een upgrade met uitzicht op de Haram, maar dit viel erg tegen; je kon maar een klein deel van de Haram zien. Het was het niet waard om daar 1100 SAR extra voor te betalen, zonde. Ook viel het ontbijt erg tegen, weinig variatie en keuze.

We were given a disabled room with a huge hoist - I have a toddler and baby and it was so dangerous. The fridge and light switches were messed up. The room had a horrible smell coming from the washroom but worst was I was given a crib for my baby and it wasn’t assembled properly my baby’s finger (he’s 9 months old) got caught and he was screaming. So he ended up sleeping in the bed. The breakfast was terrible, not enough choices, asked for tea and it came so late, the first night my hubby couldn’t come for breaky as the children were asleep following umrah so I asked if I can take even one thing to the room they said no, the second night I couldn’t go down as had a fever and hubby asked if he could get a something for me since we paid for breaky and once again no. We did complain about all this and were told they would email us the managers contact info… it’s been over a month not heard anything.

It's location, but there are so many 5 starts in clock tower with the same advantage

1) They gave me a very late check-in at 5 pm. I went to their desk twice , at first around 3 pm, then 4.30 pm . 2) The room was not soundproof. My room had two connected doors, which was very strange mostly their can be one door only. I can hear neighbours clearly, and that was quite bothering at night 3) At first I was given a very dirty room. The carpet was quite dirty. The replacement room was better. The replacement was done by Duty Manager Mr Abdul Rehman he was quite helpful.
