موقع الفندق مره جيد و نظافه الفندق ممتازة و اشكر طاقم العمل مشاري الحربي و صابر و طارق و محمد و حنين و جميع الموظفين الي ما سمحت لي الفرصه اتعرف على اسمائهم فندق جيد و يستاهل التجربه

Nothing special, transportation from/to Haram

Not clean at all, needs renovation. Bad WiFi Housekeepers are not allowed to enter rooms with your permission which is weird , even when I asked the receptionist to let housekeepers clean the room they didn’t inform them and I had to wait in lobby till they finished cleaning Even the buses are not clean ( they are new but not clean) I guess that the employees don’t have managers or supervisors who check their responsibilities

عدم وجود مطعم داخل الفندق والكوفي ماكان شغال وقت اقامتي

I liked the location it is in front of Maka bus station(free) come every 15 min between 4:8 pm it is very crowded but other time is reasonable for all In front of ELBIK restaurant and Juice store It is near to Haram by bus 20 min It is value for Money and it is very clean compared with the price I booked the night with 94 SAR And the staff was helpful and well hosted I think it is perfect for short stay

I believe they need to take care of the trowels cleanless and freshness

no sahoor May be and lack of English speaking staff but over all a good place to stay

Nice building and spacious rooms

Suhoor was not served. Don’t advertise for breakfast. Breakfast means suhoor and iftar means dinner. I have booked hotel because of breakfast but got dinner…. Room was not properly cleaned. Shuttle bus service was not frequent.
