The hotel is in a great location not far from the centre and on the beach front. The room we had overlooked the sea and the swimming pool which was great, all the staff at the hotel were friendly and everywhere was clean, the cleaners were lovely and came in and cleaned our room everyday.

The hotel decor is old and shabby, furniture, fixture and fittings are broken, needs a hell of a good paint, complete refurb needs to be done and our bathroom we were not impressed with at all, the tiles were cracked, even though it was clean it was all just so old it looked dirty and stained, our shower head was broken at the wall so we could not shower properly, we had to hold the shower head. We went all inclusive and the food is not bad but not great either, could be a lot better especially when it comes to dessert. The pool also needs a good clean up, some tiles replacing, getting rid off grass from inbetween the paving round the pool just general maintenance really, can be made a lot better than what it is. This hotel could be one of the best in Albena simply due to the location, parking infront of the hotel and great staff they just need to refurbish, refurbish refurbish!! I'm sorry but for the price I would not recommend, you can get a better hotel just down the road for the same price. I would love to come back to this hotel if it has a facelift and will keep my eye on it for the future should it get improved, come on Elitza, invest in a proper make over for this hotel please.

everything was disgusting, the food, the room

I didn’t like anything! It was absolutely awful! I believe that a big bulldozer needs to totally demolish it. Bulgaria is a beautiful country. The Black Sea coast is amazing! That hotel put an awful taste in my mouth! Needless to say the price - $130 for one night in that brothel! I used to work for a hotel management company for over 10 years in the US. As a professional - this is not an establishment where customers should ever be let in, unless you follow my advise about the bulldozer that I mentioned above and start over with a totally new building.

In addition to my comments above - everything was old, dirty, smelled bad! I booked at the last minute because I was traveling around the country and was in the area. It was late and I didn’t have time to look around. Just booked that one as it was on the beach and it looked decent by the picture.

Nothing was what i liked, Groos everywhere. Not reccomnded at all!

an old hotel that goes all inclusive. by no means worth 94 euros (per night) it was a hoax. nor for those who like all inclusive, I do not recommend.
