Everything. What waste of money

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Love how they cook the omelette during the breakfast buffet. The veggie clear soup as well. Shoutout to the frontdesk officer Kris. Staff are helpful in many way even in suggesting what to do and where to go when in Cebu. The hotel has a nearby 24 hrs convenient store with branded overrun items that you can buy. The location is at the heart of the City. The 2 rooms booked for my family is overlooking the Cebu-Cordova link bridge. Will sure to come back.

nothing, a waste of money. 4 star hotel but no AC

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Room - NO AC, i stayed for 3 nights. after checked in, i noticed that AC wasn't working. i waited for 1 hour and yet doesn't get cool. I called the Front desk many times but no answer. From 21st floor, i went down to Desk and to find out that all staff busy chatting to each other, on their cellphones. They just ignoring the phone calls. I informed the Desk and somebody from maintenance who was standing behind the desk told me" just reset the unit and eventually it will get cold. I went up to my room and did it my self but no luck. i called again, same situation no one picking up my call. Being so tired I went to bed without AC, sweating the whole night. Next morning on my way out out, i told the desk agent about my experienced. I was answered that they will send some one to fixe. I came back to almost late night and no development w/ the issue, still hot. I called again, this time they send an electric fan instead. My 3rd night, around 4pm, they finally found another room for me to relocate. I went to desk to look for someone from the management so they can look after my concern(s) to my make sure they're aware, and to surprise, no one from the management available at 7pm..The agent texted the front office manager for help. I talked to the Front office manager and to find out that he was just informed that day, on my last day... and he can't do anything about it. That was in few hours before by check out... With my frustration, i asked if i can waived some of the nights as i wasn't even make my self comfortable for my stay, but this manager can't do anything... so much frustration.. to top of that, Shower floor was clogged too. the Front office manager promised me to refund something, but as of writing this, i haven't received any follow up email from the management or any refund.
