car park!! It would be nice to have designated parking for the motorcycles, they made the parking space too tight! accident-prone plus the parking is too steep!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, und in der Nähe ist auch der Hafen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und das Zimmer ist sauber!

Das Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack eher nicht so umfangreich. Mehr Auswahl wäre angemessener.

Shower only gives luke warm water and elevators take forever

La habitación y baño eran muy cómodos. El desayuno buffet de lo mejor de todo Filipinas, muy completo con opción de huevos al gusto. La piscina con las vistas maravillosas.

Como comentan, las esperas en el ascensor son eternas. En la piscina había muchísimos niños que no paraban de gritar y salpicar y nadie les decía nada. Poco Relajante en general. Pedimos unas cervezas en la piscina y para pagar con tarjeta había que ir q recepción al momento, les comentamos que en 30m bajábamos y vinieron a la habitación a cobrarlo, demasiadas prisas cuando se podía haber apuntado a la habitación. Mala logística aquí

Their pool was not as big, but my nephews enjoyed it a lot. They never stop lol, the spectacular view of CCLEX was a huge plus aside from seeing the city view. I like a lot there is bank machine, food stand, & little groceries downstairs. Their breakfast options was not that many, but they got a little bit of everything. I like the ube spanish bread, the bangus, tocino, dilis, etc. Each day they got different options for breakfast. Very accessible to E-mall which is very convenient when you need something. We bought food pasalubong before heading to our hometown (Toledo) which is just over an hour only. Highly recommendable when you want to explore the city. Stayed for 3 nights wasn’t not enough to explore the city. Hope we able to come back there before going back to Canada. Price of every night/rooms are just affordable considering you got all the amenities you need. Highly recommendable!

One of the attendant in the pool & the lady in charge for verification (before you can get a breakfast) I did not see them smile at all in our entire stay.
