stunning location close to restaurants bars and ferry port to Russell - excellent facilities and immaculate - amazing team who went above and beyond - thank you oli especially - you made our stay awesome 😎😎

nothing - only thing to be aware is room 7 level 2 on the end is road side with windows all the way around - nice and light and airy room though but noisy early morning if road traffic affects you -Oli kindly moved us one apartment up and it made a huge difference 😊

Was friendly

The gutter had holes in it so when I was raning it was very loud. Couldn't sleep. People on top floor were loud when walking.

Staff were great, unit clean and tidy, bed comfy, secure storage for our bikes. Didn't use the pool/jacuzzi but it looked inviting.

It was a little noisy with it being on a corner at the bottom of the hill coming into Paihia & some people overdoing a party on the beach. Otherwise all good.

Lovely beach front view, polite staff & very well set up for longer stay if required.

Nothing really about the property - just the room, on top flier at end & you can hear traffic braking/accelerating around the bend/corner, ear plugs provided, but this particular room isn’t suited for light sleepers.

Wonderful friendly staff upon arrival, our room was ready for us even though we'd arrived early which was a bonus. It was nice and clean, there were extra towels in the bathroom even though there were just the two of us staying which was nice. Location great with a nice outlook to beach across the road.

It was quite noisy, we were in a groundfloor room and could hear every step being taken from room above, plus crying toddler etc. Apart from that though would highly recommend.

There was a dripping noise from outside my room,maybe a leaking gutter,it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake,I was in room3

It was a great location, close walk to township. Staff were accommodating with an extra guest turning up at last minute. (thank you so much) View and facilities tidy, plenty of parking, friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Unit was immaculate modern spacious and very comfortable.
