room was a bit small for three adult-size people

The whole place is old, grass in the guttering, broken tiles etc. Restaurant was un inviting. Great location though and staff helpful and friendly.

it was loud. they put us next to the stairs going to top floor all we could hear was people all night and the people above us keep moving around allnight. no sound proof can hear everything the food was 1 star. tough steak roast was enough to feed a baby and the pizza was dry. $100 for that. none of us slept for 2x nights we left at 7am because we were so tired. I told them at reception and they didn't care. I also sent a messge and they have not replied. Sola heated pool nope. it's super cold. we booked so baby could swim In a sola heated pool what a let down. the restaurant is old a out dated. ugly table covers we booked to rest before getting back to work and ended up more stressed and tired. would not recommend this to anyone.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

That when staff realized that my originally allocated room would be noisy due to workmen, they moved me straight away.

The electric sockets by the TV on the wooden panel do not work.

Great location, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast buffet was great with a great view it was perfect to have breakfast before checking out and making the trip back to Auckland highly recommend.

It is an outstanding location; didn't need to worry about parking in town. Very clean room with a great shower and comfortable big beds.
