I went with my family, I have 2 children and they were treated amazingly by the staff, the staff was one thing, they were very nice and understanding of our needs. We got a 15-minute free massage done by professionals, and we wish it never ended. our breakfast came accordingly as ordered and was good, we requested all halal food and they went by that well, they also have a free shuttle to take you around the area which was very handy for our family. We like the way the room is laid out, it also has a good sized TV. overall it was nice

The furniture was old, and the bathroom was dirty, it suits a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one, we were skeptical about the open bathroom situation, and my kids needed one of us in there to make sure there were no insects in there. In general, it was overpriced for a 5-star hotel.

The staff was incredible!! So lovely and Service was ten out of ten . The pool villa was beautiful and peaceful You guys have a fantastic team

The staff were so friendly, it was very much a family like environment. The location was in the middle of Seminyak, which was great for bars/restaurants, etc. The food was amazing, and my diet (gluten free) was so easy here, also due to staff helping a lot with that, and the menu being ready for gluten free too.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Spa Villa to a Pool Villa during our stay, and it truly enhanced our experience. The Pool Villa exuded a modern ambiance that left us thoroughly impressed. The spacious living area, complete with a delightful pool, was a standout feature. The huge bathroom and impeccably clean and comfortable bedroom also contributed to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation. In addition to the wonderful accommodations, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which were delightful, and the spa facilities that were available on-site. The inclusion of a yoga room was a welcome surprise and added to the wellness aspect of our stay. All in all, our experience at The Amala 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🌿 was exceptional, and we had a truly delightful stay. It's worth noting the generous upgrade, the superb amenities, and the overall serene atmosphere that made our visit truly memorable.

We absolutely adored every aspect of our stay. If I were to nitpick, there was some traffic noise due to the hotel's proximity to the main road. However, it's important to highlight that this noise did not disrupt our stay in any significant way; we were still able to rest peacefully and fully relish the amenities offered. Additionally, it's worth noting that the hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk from the beach, but this was not a concern for us at all.

Beautiful property, lots of water everywhere. Really nice! I enjoyed the welcome massage.

We stayed three nights and they didn’t clean our room once. First day they forgot and called when we went to sleep. Second day nothing, I had to get new towels. The room was really small, the sink was next to bed.

Outstanding staff and facilities. Any requests we had of the staff were taken of right away. The massage services were excellent. We really could not have asked for a better stay at the Amala.
