Perfect location, amazing view to Mala Plaza. Nice staff. The eggs at breakfast were great.

We booked a suite but got upgraded to an apartment instead. For an apartment it would have been nice with a bit more kitchen equipment, like more than 2 plates, a dish towel or a frying pan. After asking for a dish towel they gave us one though. The restaurant did not have a lot of options and on an early evening was out of most items (all national dishes) and they refused to serve my tomatoes fried or baked (necessary due to allergies, I would've paid extra). That way I couldn't eat a lot.

the location was great!

the gym was poor and machine not working, the rooms were very cold, and the breakfast was poor. The reason I choose this place was because of the gym and breakfast, both of them were a disappointment and that’s why the low score.

great location right in the old town, they came to pick us up from the parking lot with a little electric golf cart and drove us to the hotel through the tiny alleys of the old town - such a fun experience, the kids loved it! Hotel looks great, staff is very friendly, the room was very big and had a very nice view of the bay.

the bathroom is a bit small compared to the overall size of the apartment and breakfast could be a bit better, but we were there in the low season

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean as well and bathroom. Location of the hotel is amazing. It was really wonderful short stay. I will come back for sure with friends and family.

Hotel is an amazing and imposing building located in amazing location, in center of Old town. Hotel is overlooking on sea as well and wide and spacious Restaurant terrace. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly, multilingual and ready to assist. I will come back for sure. I recommend hotel Palata Venezia to everyone who comes in Ulcinj.

Everything was OK. There was nothing negative. I LIKED EVERYTHING! Hope to come back as soon as possible. I really enjoyed in every moment.

Absolutely beautiful place and such friendly staff. Could not have wished for more!

All was terrific! The location and incredible view from our room, opening the shutters in the morning to the sea, listening to a couple of storms at night. Sitting on the terrace soaking up the atmosphere. Our room was beautifully furnished in keeping with the age of the building. Very helpful staff & all areas were super clean. Small pleasant pool and spa area (we didn't use the latter). Golf cart transport for luggage from car park below.

Louds coming thrue the hotel from surrounding clubs. My friend informed me that he was tired and couldn't sleep until 01.00am in the night time because of high volume music around. Then he tried to sleep after calm down and he couldn't sleep at all so as to losing sleep.

What an amazing place to stay!!! Absolutely nice, tasty breakfast and wonderful team. We'll come back 100%.

Amazing location in the old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby including the hotels own.

The breakfast was ok - i think a little more attntion could be given to it.

the staff were amazing - Maya in particular. absolutely made the stay. a lovely spot, lots of facilities, very helpful and friendly. a lovely service to take your bags, and just generally going out of their way to help. restaurant was actually so good we ate their twice.

An other amazing hotel during our stay in Montenegro. From the moment we were picked up by the buggy (the hotel is perched on top of the hill, in the citadel) to the moment we left, everything was great. The 2-bedroom apartment is extremely spacious, on 2 floors with the terrace overlooking the beach and the town, we could have sat there for hours looking at the beautiful view. The apartment has a kitchen, a living and dining room and downstair toilets. 2 great sized bedrooms and a (small) bathroom. The hotel garden is magnificent and it's difficult to choose where to sit for breakfast or for a drink, and it's hard to find a hotel more romantic than this one ! The staff are excellent, very helpful and enthusiastic, special mention to Maya at the reception desk who is passionate about the history of the hotel and city, it was great to have extra information !

If i dare being a little bit critical i would say maybe more variation for the breakfast. The bathroom in the apartment was a bit small but of course the idea is not to spent long in a bathroom when the outdoor is so breathtaking !
