Csendes, nyugodt környék. Nagyon kedvesek a szállásadók, akik mindenben segítenek. A reggeli szuper volt! Nagy parkolójuk van.

Wondeful family (owner)who helped us whaterver wr asked for.very good contact. Good air conditioning system.nice and rather calm surrounding area.nice balconies.tasty breakfast with homemade by owner tomatoes.very beautiful plants and flowers everywhere in the building.you could see some mountains from balconies as well.nice small playground for kids.we received an olive Oil from owner also made by them.really nice towards customer attitude.we definitely reccomend the place and the family.

The family running Appartments Cota was always ready to help the guests, to give any kind of information or advices, they were kind and friendly. Before asking them something, barely mentioning, they solved our problems in an amazingly rapid and perfect way. The breakfast was just as it could have been in a hotel, reliable quality and hygiene, good range of foods. The room was big enough for our family of 5 and comfortable, same for the beds. Their own parking area was spacy and safe, surrounded by growing fig trees. It could have been seen that they cared of every thing: all the building was clean, esthetic, built with a sense of beauty, there were plenty of flowers. Best choice in Ulcinj!

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was impeccable: cleanliness, room equipped with everything necessary, good and varied breakfast, free parking space. The hosts are very hospitable and very helpful people.

Great value for money, excellent, safe, quiet and clean facility. The owners were wonderful and caring, I simply recommend this place for every family.

Breakfast was good, hot food, but could have been a few changes for variety during the week we stayed. The Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, a refrigerator in each room much appreciated! The location was about equal distance from the Veliki and Mali Plaza. The hosts were friendly and attentive and the outdoor sitting area was comfortable as well. Plenty of parking area and a play area for children

Apartment is a residential area, not near any nightlife, though there are some fast food places in walking distance. You do need a car to get to the beach and old town.

The room was really comfortable and the owners are just wonderful people who make sure you have everything you need - there were even some flowers in the room when we first arrived. The breakfast was really good and it was served in a nice shaded area in the backyard making each morning a very nice experience before we headed off to the beach. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Cota Apartments. Everything was great, clean room, tasty breakfast, good location but especially very nice and friendly hosts. 😍 We would return here for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🤗
