Friendly and swift staff - as before. Good location. Room super clean - as before. Nice coffee/tea service in room. Nice interior to building and room. Fair price. Best of all = a 1.5 liter bottle of water in the room.

Doors to the rooms could use better sound-proofing. Quite a bit of noise from the hallway when others are entering/exiting or cleaning staff is at work.

Very comfortable, clean, large apartment; in the perfect location. The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive.

The building, and rooms were in great shape. Staff were helpful. Good restaurants in area ranging from small Georgian cafe with excellent food, to high class and expensive Italian food. One treat was small cafe with burgers, other good casual food and draft beer where live music local musicians played klezmer one night!

Had meetings with government and private sector. This was a good location. Easy for colleagues to find. Only drawback was the uneven condition of surrounding area, some buildings in area run down. The streets and sidewalks could be hazardous at night due to poor upkeep. Ukraine needs investment.

The location and the breakfast restaurant were great. Overall, very nice.

There was a problem with the a/c in the beginning. The problem was sorted by Zhanna but the first night was disappointing.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a really nice heated floor. And the television had a lot of foreign language channels. WiFi was very fast.

It was a little far from the airport (about 40 minutes by taxi). I didn’t realize that when booking since this was my first time to Kiev. When I booked, the room said breakfast included, but there was no breakfast available at this location. I think the room was slightly overpriced.
