Situated very nicely overlooking the sea. Very quiet. Comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Maybe could have better with a bar but that didn’t matter too much as the was a mini supermarket close by.

We were welcomed by a friendly face and checking in was simple. The room was ready on arrival. The apartment was spotless and the sea view was wonderful. The double sun beds were so comfortable

Sadly Costa Teguise was quiet during our stay. Most days we had the pool area to ourselves. We were disappointed with the shower as most days the tank was not big enough to have two hot showers.

Grounds and location of apartments were very good, with views to be admired, but outside paintwork was in need of repair.

Paintwork on external walls in places needs attention

Nice clean apartment close to all the shops and restaurants. It was windy the week we stayed but the balcony served as a sun trap. We did not eat breakfast at the property during our stay as we chose to eat out but it seemed popular each day.

Check in took a little long but was not a major problem.

Balcony chairs were unfortunately not very comfortable. Limited hot water in the evening for showers.

Very central location overlooking sea and beach. Receptionist Juan went out of his way to welcome us and assist us on arrival. Managed to park rental car in small car park close to hotel. Clean well equipped rooms, comfrotable bed and lovely large balcony picking up both morning and evening sunshine. Altogether a great 5-day stay!!

WiFi signal could have been better. Strongest on balcony.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. the bed was very comfortable and the sea view was panoramic.

there was an extractor noise in the kitchen which was quite loud and lots of banging from the roof. the banging from the roof was probably due to the strong winds but it probably needs investigating as something might be loose.

No lifts and not being able to flush toilet paper after using toilet had to be put in plastic bin which was not changed daily

Location

The main picture doesn’t show the kitchen extract fan and galvanised ductwork from one of the restaurants underneath. Maybe an old picture; maybe photoshopped. The cooking smells made the balcony unusable from about 10:00am and the vibration noise from the fan unit (that also came through the cooker hood) ran all day and all evening until the cooking had finished. After that, we could open the windows and get some peace and quiet. Very telling that the terms and conditions demand a €50 fee to move rooms and the only other room available had no windows in the bedroom(!) and no ventilation in the bathroom. The policy also excludes refunds and having paid in full up front, we had nothing to bargain with. Booking.com’s customer service failed us badly and we were effectively trapped

Excellent location near to the beach and main part of the small town area within the resort. Good views, nice pool area and very friendly helpful staff. Spacious, well equiped & clean room

The overall complex was beginning to deteriorate in places, nothing major but would benefit from a refresh soon.

Apartment was excellent, really comfy bed and fresh, great view from terrace.
