La estética, era muy bonito. Estaba cuidado y limpio. Personal amable.
Los horarios, la piscina abría tarde y cerraba pronto (18:00). El desayuno empezaba muy tarde para quienes queriamos madrugar y visitar la isla.

Overall we had a good stay in Hotel Club Siroco. Good location, close to the city and beach.
No vegetables for the breakfast, no air conditioning. Otherwise OK.

lovely pool area and gardens. Great staff, very friendly and hard working. A calm, comfortable atmosphere.
The inside bar could do with updating, it’s not very appealing.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable
We spent 2 days in a premium apartement . The first day there was not hot water ( in February) . The second day at 9:00 a.m. there was no water . She came back after breakfast … cold . A beside lamp did not work, the shower flooded the bathroom . The manager was not available on Sunday

Room 8/10. Mattress too soft.
Breakfast 7/10. Outdoor sitting area, close to smokers "area". I regularly moved ashtrays but they soon returned.
IRON. Requested one and was faced with a €14 charge for an hour, extortionate.
Luis was great.
Iron charges. I wanted for 1 hour, wanted €14. Extortionate.
Nothing to wash up with.
No broom to sweep black sand and flaking white paint off the little terrace.
Room 131, having to slam the door to close it. Needs hinges adjusting. The man just oiled it, made no difference.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, friendly, very well looked after, mini golf was really good, and adults only was a bonus! We didnt stay in the serenity side and I wouldn’t next time either. Our room was perfect for what we needed, not really sure theres much difference between the 2 sides of the hotel.
No air-con but it was winter so it was bearable! Summer I imagine is hot!
Not enough sockets in the room, not even 1 in the bedroom which was unusual.
Dinner wasn’t great, it was ok. We ate out every evening after trying it.

We were in Serenity and found that there were not enough ‘umbrellas’ around the pool. People were putting towels out as early as 6.30 a.m. and not going to them until mid morning or later. There was a large group on our second weeks which most of them had ground floor apartments but they still saved beds in the shade around the pool.

The hotel is in a really nice location. All were friendly and nice. There are even activities organized by “animator” during the days. Dinners were tasty and varied. Breakfast was the same every day. We missed some vegetable for breakfast but still there was quite a big selection for breakfast. We had a nice stay!

I would totally recommend and definitely return here. Our stay was amazing. Despite the fact there was a lot of work, stuff at restaurant was always polite and kind. Mr. Angel always greated us with a smile and made our mornings very pleasant. There was always big choice in the restaurant and food was good. BIG THANKS to reception, specially Catharina for all the help and informations we required during our stay. Thank you so much, you made our vacation wonderful.

We liked the breakfast cause there were a lot of chooses, the swimming pool was cold but really clean.
Someone from the staff yelled at us just because we asked him some oil, really a bad experience with him for his arrogance

View with two balconies, clean room, and well dinner.
No change in breakfast for the whole stay, but it was well prepared and tasty. I missed only vegetables. The room was very cold without any heating duriung night.
