For the price in a Superior Apartment there was no hairdryer or toiletries had to pay to rent one ☹️ housekeeping was not great

It’s a beautiful property with green painted facilities which I learnt is a architectural feature in Lanzarote. The property was perfect for me and my partner, there is a living space, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. I was in room 101 which was completely private if you liked to sit on the outside patio. The location was absolutely perfect and really convenient with the square being on the doorstep! Really happy and would stay again :)

The only thing I would change about the property would be that it was slightly dated inside but that has not affected my stay at all. I’m aware they have done out some of the apartments so if that’s what you prefer you can request.

The location was perfect for access to shops, restaurants , bars, etc. However a detailed map of these areas would provide much needed help for first time visitors as one wrong turn takes you quite some distance away from the central area and in very warm weather can cause distress to anyone with walking difficulties. Barbara, on reception, was extremely helpful regarding any enquiries or requests.

The pillows were not suitable for anyone with neck or back problems. Too soft. Every apartment had access to sun loungers but we never got to use them immediately outside our apartment as they were always in use . We would have had to cross over to the opposite side of the pool and sit outside someone else's apartment. We could not have them in our patio , we were told, although on booking. com, it clearly shows a photo of apartment 213 with outside table and chairs, along with 2 sun loungers. That was disappointing. There was pool view only, no sea view, although the latter was included in the description of the superior apartments. So, we were disappointed with the fact that the apartment did not meet up to our expectations or description provided by booking.com.

Great location. We walked in both directions to the beach and Aquarium but here had the most facilities such as restaurants and shops.

Please include a draining board for dishes, for a family self catering it is helpful.

The celeste is value for money, it is central to everything and nothing is too much trouble...the staff are friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face....it's simple accommodation but always kept clean
