The location was perfect,the Guest House was amazing so we're the hosts Paul and Sofia,best night sleep bed so comfy,breakfast was just right,fridge in the room on arrival bread,butter,milk,jam,tea,coffee everything you needed and we was early but welcomed with a smile and let in early. We will be back. Thank You for an amazing stay.

Very cosy room. Was next to front door but it wasn't noisy. Had everything I needed plus it was great having toaster, microwave and fridge in the room. Also the breakfast included small bottle of milk and a carton of juice which was great.

The only thing was you have to turn shower on full power to get it hot but the host did tell me that when I arrived.

I loved homely feel to the guest house. I liked the independence of having breakfast facilities in the rooms and having a fridge etc.you had the freedom to have a evening meal too if you didn't fancy eating out I liked the ensuite bathroom.. The location was spot on and were close to everything within walking distance. The hosts Sofia and Paul were very friendly and welcoming. The ground floor room was very spacious which was a huge help as I have hip issues. Highly reccomend booking x

Leaving to come home

Location was good - right near the beach and pier and close to the city centre. Got our own key for the room and for the main entrance so could come and go as we please. Breakfast was very good everything was provided in the room with plenty of choice - bread with a variety of spreads, milk, juice, yogurt, variety of teas and coffee. Owners were very pleasant and rectified any issues we had during the stay. We would recommend staying here as we had a lovely time in Clacton despite some issues we encountered.

Fridge was very noisy in the room. Not as noticeable during the day - but very loud at night when trying to sleep. Street very noisy at night as property in main road - with it being hot we had the windows open all night so noise level was not great. Shower very cold on one of the mornings and the legs on at least 2 chairs in the room were loose - both issues were fixed once owners were informed. One sleepless night for hubby as some other residents in property had issues and there was a lot of noise from 2 in the morning, with the owners trying to deal with the issue.

Friendly host, nothing too much trouble, large room ,comfortable beds, we had plenty of breakfast things and they were top up everyday, it was so nice to have your breakfast in your room ready to eat whenever you wanted it.

Breakfast was provided in the room with milk, orange juice, bread, fruit and cereals - this was far more relaxed and welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was not far from the seafront and the town centre. Parking directly in front of the property.

The fridge was a bit noisy during the night.

Location was great close to all amenities our room was brilliant only 1 minor issue shelf in bathroom to close to sink difficult to brush teeth and rinse, room services fantastic all food and beverage replenished every day just a fantastic service and wonderful stay would definitely recommend.

Loved everything about this lovely Guest house. It was perfect location, clean and very welcoming. The Breakfast was perfect for our needs with a good selection of choice.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The host was really chatty and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean with a really modern en-suite. The room had a microwave a fridge a toaster and a kettle which we found really handy. What we had placed in the room each day for breakfast was amazing. Coffee, various teas, fruit juice, a selection of fresh fruit, a selection of cereals, thick sliced bread for toast, butter, a selection of jams, marmalade & cream cheese. The location is fantastic with the beach literally at the end of the road.

There really wasn’t anything which we would complain about or to dislike. To small things I ought to mention, were the radiator valves were tight for adjustment of the heating and that there wasn’t any decaffeinated coffee sachets. But I’m used to this and always take my own, so it wasn’t a problem
