No USB Ports, Ripped Bedclothes, Small, no secure cycle parking, no convinient palce to plug in phone next to bed and no breakfast for a bed and breakfast place, yet still charged for 'Bed and Breakfast' ??!?

Great location...very basic .very reasonable price.very close to pier.beach .restaurants .shops Friendly helpful staff.Fan .kettle tea.coffee sugar milk .TV..It served my purpose.just wanted a bed.somewhere to hang my clothes.peace and quiet

Cheap and great location.

The plastic toilet seat was peeling all over which I have never seen before because it should have been replaced a long time ago. One of the mattresses needed replacing as you could feel the springs through it. Thankfully the other bed in the room was comfortable but I found a hole from a cigarette burn on the sheet, which should have been replaced. Whenever I had a shower it was just a trickle and the shower door was off one of its hinges. The bathroom lightbulb also took some time to reach maximum brightness, which was strange. The worst part was that the window pane was so thin that I thought I'd forgotten to shut the window and struggled with the screaming of seagulls. It’s exceptionally cheap so I can overlook the water pressure, bit of dust here and there and window, but not the toilet seat.

The young man at reception was very polite and pleasant

No breakfast available and I didn't know that on booking, bed uncomfortable, bathroom miniscule especially with not flexible adults.no parking although it says there is had to scrape between cars parked at front entrance difficult with suitcase.

It was clean

No restaurant or bar service bathroom far too small one of the bedrooms we had smelled of cigarettes not really holiday suited more of a stopover place.
