Prefer a two BR apt to have two Baths.

Excellent service from front reception staff. very helpful and friendly.

The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Shower was not clean and had visible mound. Stove not wiped down.

Had all the amenities required for a service apartment.

Kitchen a bit cold. Having carpeted flooring would help. We were so satisfied, we booked an additional night.

Comfortable bed and pillows, convenient parking, good location, friendly and efficient reception.

One of the bedside table lamps wasn't working.

The hospitality provided is exceptional, and we sincerely value the efforts of the people working there. They are incredibly cooperative and helpful.

Space and location

The laundry dryer was not working. So I hang all our clothes all over the apartment to dry them. I informed them through email because the office was closed. When I asked the front desk staff the next day regarding it, l learned that other rooms have the same problem. The dryer was a small cheap one. Probably that is why other rooms have non functioning dryer too.

Location was excellent in quiet street very close to shops and restaurants in Kingston. Apartment was clean and spacious with good bathroom and fluffy towels. A couple of maintenance issues were attended to promptly.

It was cold during our stay and the bedroom wasn't warm enough. Apartment was not serviced until late in the day and appeared to be rushed and incomplete.
