We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Como. Everything was five star from start to finish. All the staff were exceptional, remembering our names, our drink orders and they were super friendly and very efficient. We had a lovely room with a private pool which was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The resort gardens and facilities were extremely clean. Breakfast Wes plentiful and the food at both the restaurants delicious- we enjoyed the Italian restaurant very much. The shining star of the Como are their staff.

We booked the pool villa for our honeymoon. The resort was amazing and luxurious with great customer service and food. The hotel was located in center of Ubud which made it very convenient for us to move about the area.

Die etwas familiärere Anlage ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Klar sah man, dass die Anlage nicht erst ein Jahr alt war, dennoch war alles extrem sauber und gut erhalten. Unser Zimmer war gross und schön. Unsere Jungle Shower war komplett offen nach Aussen, was einem im ersten Moment doch etwas schräg vorkam. Muss man aber einmal erlebt haben. ;) - Krabbeltierchen habe ich bis auf einen kleinen Käfer aber nie in der Dusche gesehen. Die Anzahl an Mücken hielt sich eigentlich auch in Grenzen, da sie sich vom Hotel aus darum gekümmert haben. Dennoch sollte ein Spray im Dschungel immer griffbereit sein… Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber immer frisch (Früchte, Säfte, Müsli). Das meiste kann man aus der Küche bestellen. Es kommt relativ schnell und immer frisch zubereitet. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde auch immer eingegangen! (Smoothies, Gebäck/Brot, Eierspeisen, Klassiker wie French Toast, Pancakes usw oder auch lokale Speisen wie Nasi Goreng uvm) Abends waren wir mehrheitlich, ausser zwei Mal, auswärts essen. Die beiden Male waren wir im COMO Cucina (italienisch). - Das war so lecker und eine gute Abwechslung, sodass wir zwei Mal hin mussten. Wer zudem gerne etwas „entspannende“ Unterhaltung hat, kann jeden morgen am Yoga Kurs oder auch an Morgenspaziergängen teilnehmen. Perfekt für gemeinsame Reisende, von denen einer morgens gerne gleich in den Tag starten möchte, während der andere lieber noch liegen bleiben würde. - Für Morgenmuffel gibt es auch drei Mal in der Woche ein Nachmittagsyogakurs. (Der Wochenplan bietet noch viel mehr. Online einsehbar - auch mit Preisen, wenn kostenpflichtig) Spa war auch gut. Gym war klein, würde aber das Nötigste bieten. Übrigens, ist das meine allererste Bewertung, die ich jemals auf Booking.com oder eigentlich überhaupt zu einem Hotel oder Restaurant o.ä. abgebe. Der Grund dafür ist das Personal. Der Service war echt einsame Spitze. Ich habe mich selten so wohl und gut umsorgt gefühlt. - Vielen Dank!

All the staff was incredible, they really make you feel welcome. Breakfast near the pond is one of my best memories I will have. Restaurant COMO Cucina is also one of the most valuable in Ubud. They rented me a scooter bike and even the price was good comparing it to outside the hotel. They even have activities for every hour if you don't have plans. If I were to go again to Ubud, would definitely be in COMO UMA

The hotel was just amazing, the rooms were simple yet luxurious. The stuff was the sweetest ever and they were so friendly and helpful. We loved the food, room service and breakfast just out of this world. The hotel have a free shuttle to ubud town which was so convenient and amazing.

We found a frog in our room, however the stuff were so quick to remove it.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Every square inch of this property is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. There literally isn’t a corner that hasn’t been tastefully done. The multi level landscaping adds so many different “zones” to relax/unwind. The staff here redefines the meaning of hospitality - there wasn't a moment we didn't feel pampered or loved. Their smiles never leave their faces. The food from both restaurants is very good and the included breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. Overall, this has to be one of our all time top hotel experiences.

There staff were the best staff of any hotel. My luggage got stuck in Singapore and they tried every day to help me recover it. I’m sure they were as happy as I was when it finally arrived. The pool area is amazing The rooms are divine

Loved everything about this boutique property, the understated arrival and reception area which opens up to a gorgeous and most exceptional resort with expansive beautiful lush gardens, pool, breakfast pavilion. Free yoga each morning, and optional extra activities like painting and cooking classes which we enjoyed within the resort setting. Staff so warm, attentive and friendly, delicious food, we could not fault. So relaxing and comfortable. We booked a pool suite first time ever and gee it was so refreshing getting up each morning and going for a dip! Great location to access Ubud by foot including some lovely local restaurant options and far enough away to enjoy the tranquil setting. Can't wait to return!

Small stuff and more as information only...pool could've been a little warmer as Ubud not as warm as Seminyak. Limited TV channels and poor internet speed. Hotel transfers are quite expensive compared to outside taxi service. And a lot of steps moving around property in case mobility is an issue for some people, not for us. These did not take away from our first experience at this hotel, would definitely book again!

There was a glitch at the time of booking with our honeymoon stay, however Suteja the General Manager, really did his best to fix it and make sure our honeymoon stay at Como was perfect. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with a incredible view over the jungle, the staff were all extremely helpful and no request was too difficult for them. The food was delicious both at breakfast and the restaurants (the Italian was really good and part of the complex), and the spa was absolutely fantastic (coming from very frequent spa go-ers, the massages, facials and other relaxing treatments were really something else!). Would also heavily recommend the extras the hotel organises, we had a vintage car tour which was one of the most incredible experiences and was also very reasonably priced. Location of COMO is also really good as quiet enough to spend the whole day switched off but a close walk to nearby famous restaurants etc.

Hôtel 5 étoiles qui tient toutes ses promesses. Service impeccable rien à dire. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux avec de nombreux choix. Suite magnifique. Navettes gratuites à disposition pour aller au centre ville d’Ubud.

Excursions proposées un peu chères. Localisation à 45min à pied du centre d’Ubud. Service de navettes gratuites mais se terminant un peu tôt (retour 17h max).

L’architecture des lieux . Les chambres et suites sont discriminées dans un jardin magnifique. La décoration des chambres est luxueuse et efficace. Très belle et grande piscine à débordements avec très beau pool bar . Des animations tous les soirs . Équipe aux petits soins . Localisation top à 2 km du centre chaotique d’Ubud .

The hotel Is quite pretty and is located with good accessibility to central Ubud. The staff is incredibly nice.

The rooms are quite worn, food is nothing to write home about. I think for this price one could do better in Ubud, much better.

Friendly and professional staff, room was spotless, nice breakfast.

The property is basically a large big pool, surrounded by rooms, with an Italian restaurant (good but pricey) on a busy street in Ubud. Don't really feel like your in nature - away from the hustle and bustle - especially as there is a construction site in the middle of the only decent view of the jungle. Also, we ordered food a few times from room service, it frequently arrived cold. Gym is tiny. Book COMO Shambala instead.

A fantastic hotel which ticks all the boxes - wonderful pool area, excellent service and warm, friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a private yoga session with Bodi which we would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time.

Room was a little small and a couple of additional hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. But I find this hotel very difficult to fault.

The grounds, gardens, facilities, food and staff were amazing!

Our room pool was average and seemed unusable for us. The photos advertised when booking showed infinity pools that we were thought we were paying for. When we enquired about this we were told the infinity pools overlooking the jungle were much more expensive than what we paid or could justify paying. My criticism then is that the photos provided on this booking.com website were misleading. We weren’t even able or book the better infinity pool room or see the prices for them. Showing the images on the booking site made it look like we could or maybe had secured a pool with a jungle view. We didn’t use our room pool. It was small and seemed unusable for us. The main pool was much much nicer.
