Great location near plenty of local food eateries. 5 minute gojek to the legian beach area. The staff are the reason we would stay at Sara Residence again. They made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area and garden. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely be coming back.

close to hammerhead gym and it was a 2 bedroom apartment with cooking facilities. Staff where extremely accommodating. Breakfast was good.

When you walk into the foyer the place was full of people on computers smoking and at the end of the pool area. It seems very confrontational and takes away the welcome atmosphere. Mosquitos are bad on the bottom floor and in my room. Pillow are oversized and made sleeping uncomfortable. Our couch was in a bad state of repair. TV reception was not very clear.

quiet, have most essentials. Staff were great. air conditioning was nice and cold, swimming pool was clean. There is a pair of washer/dryer for guest to use for free. The washer works.

we were without a pool for 2days without water for 1 day. we were told breakfast was included but when we arrived we were told it’s not. never had clean towels and had to keep asking for toilet paper. pretty poor

the shower had good soap and good water pressure and honestly that was the only good thing about it

noisy absolutely disgusting toilet and absolute revolting smell in bathroom we only needed somewhere to freshen up for the day but honestly it was foul

Location is very convenient to most places! Food and convenience stores are very accessible from the hotel. Staff were all friendly and honestly a relatively comfortable stay throughout!

Water was found leaking from the master toilet but staff was quick to provide floor mat.

Lovely shady pool, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, friendly staff. Simple self catering. Best toiletries ever - soap and shower gel and shampoo is such good quality and smells lovely. The staff were kind, helpful and went out of their way to help us especially Arri, Erna and the housekeeping crew. They organized scooters for us - there are lots of restaurants and shops around but you’ll need transport to get to the beach etc (about 6 minutes drive). we don’t recommend scooters rather use Gojek taxi though. there is a night market directly next door where you can buy amazing local food and desserts. We highly recommend Sara residence - we liked it so much we extended from 5 nights to 10 nights (booked the extension directly with them).

The whole lobby and the verandah next to the pool are used as a business hub / co-working space so there are people working there all day. it’s a tiny bit weird if you want to swim and the kids are noisy, also you feel the need to be quiet as you walk through the lobby. To be fair the reception and staff all talk normally and the people who are working don’t even look up so it’s not like you feel scrutinized.

High end luxury hotel apartment and still pretty good value for money and excellent location. Quiet at night time and big shared balcony.

The tv was melted from the heat so was unwatchable - you could not see the top half of the screen. For a more expensive high end property you would expect they could provide a working tv. Also laundry was only self service again does not fit with such a quality property.
