الموقع ممتاز حيث قربة من المطاعم العربية وحسن تعامل الموظفين ( و يتم توفير شطاف للحمام اعزكم الله عند الطلب ) وسرعة عملية الدخول والخروج واشكرهم على ذالك ❤️

False advertising, booked as free cancellation and took screenshots. When I tried cancelling, they wanted to charge me full amount even though we had proof. Would not recommend to anyone at all

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr große Zimmer die auch längere Aufenthalte angenehm machen. Sehr bequeme Betten, die für ein Doppelbett aber etwas größer sein könnten. Die kleine Bar auf dem Dach des 63. Stockwerks bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt.

Man merkt dem Hotel sein Alter an. Bei genauem hinsehen sieht man viele kleine, teils lieblos, reparierte Schäden.

The hotel is close to restaurants and markets. The hotel is clean and a bidet can be installed in the bathroom, which is great also the receptionist Mike was helpful and very cooperative with me.

Breakfast was average because it was not Varied and was Chinese-style also, the lounge access was the same as Chinese-style

الراحه والهدوء وموظف الاستقبال وسمه جوي تورس من الاكوادور كان جيدجداً في الاستقبال

La ubicación y el desayuno bufete occidental esta muy bien

Me parece un poco elevado el precio. Hay otros similar un poco más económico

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento es el personal , súper amable , alan y Joe nos ayudaron en todo. Además Joe habla español lo que es realmente para personas extranjeras es súper importante esto . También el desayuno está bárbaro con opciones. Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí

La humedad de la habitación es el punto a mejorar

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Location, rooms, staff and facilities. Would definitely stay there again !

فندق يستحق من أجمل الفنادق وقريب من شارع العرب والمطاعم العربية على بعد 5 الى 10 دقائق يوجد شطاف وهذا مهم او تخبرهم وخلال دقائق يجهزوا الغرفة والجميل الغرفة واسعة ومريحة و متعاونين جداً ولطفين في الاستقبال واي شئ تريده ولا انسى تاكسي متوفر دائماً عند المدخل

Room was perfect, and the attention from Joe at reception was exceptional.

Hotel Restaurants closed too early, but I suppose that is a local custom, no big thing.

I like the fact that the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is big and well furnished. the stuff is friendly and the location of the hotel is very convenient. I could easily catch a taxi from the hotel which was really great. thumb up to the concierge stuff, very helpful.

the cleaning stuff focuses more on the bed but does not vacuum the carpet. I checked in in a room with a dirty carpet which was really disturbing. the language barrier is also an issue, especially when I needed something specific. the food in the hotel is also an issue for foreigners who do not enjoy the local cuisine.

Air conditioning was out of order overnight.

موقع الفندق جيد ولكن فرش و عفش الفندق مهترئ يجب تجديده , كفندق 5 نجوم توقعت أن يكون أفضل , بالنسبة للفطور هو غني و متنوع بالأكلات الصينية المعروفة و التي لا تناسب ضيف مسلم من دولة عربية ماعدا البيض المقلي , يجب التركيز على المأكولات الشرق أوسطية المتنوعة الموجدة في باقي فنادق الخمس نجوم

5/5 stars to Jaylin, who did everything within her ability and authority to help us resolve all the issues we came across whilst staying at this hotel.

The hotel could do with an overhaul. The facilities are old, and we unfortunately had an issue with a broken ventilation in our bathroom. Thankfully it was eventually fixed, but we did have to tolerate the heat/humidity and smell from the drain not dissipating for a few nights. The biggest issue we had was with room cleaning. For two nights straight, our toiletries were not fully replenished. They were especially stingy with the shower caps. It came to a point where my Mother and I became embarrassed to go to the front desk to report the same issue again and again. After our feedback was passed on, room cleaning over-replenished our supplies that it felt offensive - I mean, 4 toothbrushes and 7 toothpastes for 3 adults? But the evening after, they took back everything excess, including the single shower cap that we had not opened yet. Excuse my language, but wtf?

I have to say the staff was very kind and helpful, that I cant take away from them.

But we got a room that seriously smelled cigarette. My colleague has asthma, so he couldnt stay in the room for a minute. We went down to reception, they said sorry, and we got a new room. This room to be honest, wasn't the cleanest. Dust in corners and the carpets felt unclean.
