Vi havde værelse med egen jacuzzi med panorama View til skoven helt ugenert. Kæmpe værelse lækkert badeværelse. Personalet er super serviceminded. Rengøringen perfekt. God roomservice med fine priser. Poolen var lækker. Beliggenheden er lidt ude for centrum af Ubud. Udbud centrum er meget trafikeret og larmende så hotellet var meget rolig beliggende og kun 15 min køretid. Ca 5 eur i taxa.
Værelset lå nede så der var mange trapper. Men var det for os. Hvis man er dårlig gående eller kan trapper så vær opmærksom på dette og skriv det til hotellet inden booking, da der også er værelser som ikke kræver mange trapper.

The resort is just stunning! Our room was lovely and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our massage was divine! We also enjoyed the swimming pool.
The only issue we had was the stairs.(My husband recently had knee surgery so he struggled)

第一天辦理入住時某位女員工完全沒有笑容之外且態度冷淡 完成入住手續走路的房間經過非常多的階梯是非常驚人的多的階梯 是在最下面一層很偏遠 我嚇到了因為到房間發現不是我預定的房間 浴缸位於戶外且位置非常奇怪 窗戶有非常多蚊子 我使用電話打到大廳櫃檯 沒有錯的話一樣是這位態度冷淡的女員工接聽的 我告訴她這不是我預定的房型 她說的英文我聽不懂但態度並不好 我告訴她可以請妳到我的房間來說明嗎 她回應No
電話掛掉後她打給我了 她說要幫我換房間 經過更換才是我預定的房型
第二天遇到的員工笑容滿面跟這位冷淡的女員工形成對比

Un luogo magico immerso nella natura, vista mozzafiato dalla piscina dell' Hotel, noi avevamo anche la piscina fuori dalla camera, anch'essa bellissima. La notte si sentono i rumori della natura. Colazione varia, succhi buonissimi, frutta, vari tipi di porridge, variante salata ecc...
C'è anche la Spa che offre varie tipologie di massaggi e trattamenti e si possono prenotare tramite reception.
Anche il Ristorante del Resort è di alto livello e lo staff che dire, tutti sempre gentili e disponibili, come del resto tutti i balinesi.
Offrono anche il servizio lavanderia e il servizio in camera per tutti i tipi di pasti.

Bathrooms has no doors at all. But manageable. Good for couple only. And not many options for breakfast.

The breakfast was nice though limited menu. We were surrounded by greenery which was soothing to the eye. the staff was very nice.
The property seemed a little old. The towels & napkins were not very clean.

The location (away from the chaos of central Ubud but still easily accessible on foot or by taxi scooter) and the serenity. The views are stunning, and the staff are excellent.

Very clean, amazing view from the room and pool. Kind stuff, prefect breakfast and good facilities near the pool, bar and Restaurant with reasonable prices with service at the pool. One of the best places we visited in Ubud.
Only 3 shuttles to the city. Last one at 5 p.m. There could be one late shuttle ant 9 ir 10 p.m. for a late diner at the city. However, Taxi form the City center of Ubud costs 3-4 USD.

The views are exceptional. The overall design ensures privacy. The rooms are beautiful. The property is designed to fit the landscape and is very quiet and peaceful.
Lol the stairs, however it is those stairs that make the design work! I’d definitely climb up and down again.

Beautifully located hotel close to Ubud city centre with a free hotel shuttle three times a day. The appartements are located at the hillside with the view down to the river. Because of its appearance the resort has a relaxing effect, and even it is an older resort, the rooms seem to be quiet newly renovated and the interior decoration is very tasteful.

Beautiful views! I loved it so much, the vibe of the resort was very serene. The room was spacious enough and I liked the terrace outside where we could sit enjoying the view. The ac worked perfectly and the bathroom was really great, good water pressure from the shower.

this is one of the coolest resorts I’ve ever stayed in. it looks like there are authentic Balinese ruins all over the grounds and the inside of the rooms is luxurious. The massages at the spa are also amazing.

We loved this accomodation! It took our breath away looking at the beautiful view from our room and enjoyed laying poolside among the jungle. Great breakfast and room service also.

Our whole experience at Ulun Ubud was incredible. It is the most amazing place to just relax and wind down. The food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful, room very neat and comfortable and spa treatments so relaxing.

Pool had a beautiful view and was refreshing. Room was spacious and felt calming. Breakfast was tasty and gives many options.
The bugs around but couldn’t be helped much. Needed some lights around walk ways at night, but could be worse.
