Pool was amazing. Room was clean and comfort. Close to public transportation or a short drive into Innsbruck. Staff was friendly and kind. Food options were great.

Could use better pillows. No one is ever in reception area so we always had to wait to helped for check in, check out, etc.

The hotel and all its spaces are super well maintained, cleaned and the position of the hotel is magnificent to relax, living the nature while being 10 min from Innsbruck city center. Super breakfast and impressive courtesy of the staff.

The room was fine for a family of 4 with the exception of the bathroom that was very small.

Food, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent and great value. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Heating controls in the room were not obvious.

The fact that we had a kitchen and a big room. The bed was very very very comfortable !!

The fact that the guy came one or two time in our room during our stay to put the QRcode for the wifi and put the temperature a bit down

Loved the location. Friendly receptionist, Christine. She arranged birthday cake for daughter as requested. Also, goes to the extra length of researching places of interest for kids.

The reception area was not manned during the weekend. Restaurant staff come to the reception instead and one staff had very little understanding of English. It was difficult to communicate with him.

The food was excellent. The panoramic view from the sauna and heated infinity pool was great for relaxing .

all is new, Tyrol style but modern with soft colors. there is a lot of attention to the details: decorations, lights, furnitures. personell is really friendly and welcoming.

The property is beautiful. The decor was gorgeous both inside and out. All 4 of us loved the outdoor pool. it was great for our kids but also beautiful for my husband and I. It was fun that it was outside. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was delicious for both dinner and breakfast.

On arrival another guest and me had to wait long until we got our keys for the rooms. The lady on the reception was not very welcoming. On Saturday there was a wedding, which was very loud an annoying until 12:15 am…especially if you‘re travel is work related. I‘d have expected that someone informed me about this beforehand, I‘d have defenetily booked another hotel

very friendly staff, lovely facilities, delicious simple breakfast and out child really enjoyed the playground and playroom.

- The only thing I would say is that there was a big spider web above the bed, but I think it was an isolated issue.

The Hotel, its staff, the amazing amenities, absolutely everything was 5*. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. The place is about a 15 min comfortable drive up the hill from Innsbruck, but worth it.

This was my second visit to this hotel. We were using it as rest day from touring on the motorbike. Straight away the owner went out of his way to make sure the bike was parked in a safe place even offering use of a private garage. When we enquired about a taxi to take us down to the old town the receptionist had full local knowledge of the area & provided us with free bus passes for our stay (bus stops 100m from hotel). Innsbruck itself is well worth a look around, the old town & museums being my favorite.
