Вежливый персонал, довольно большой номер. Завтрак на 4-:немного остывшая еда, выбор небольшой.

Запах в номере: прокурено, запах пытаются убрать с помощью освежителя воздуха. Звукоизоляция отсутствует: в соседнем номере до 04 утра играла музыка, орали, дверью хлопали, грохот в коридоре, спать было невозможно. Шторы: блэкаута нет. В 06 в номере светло. Подушки: на большой кровати было всего две маленьких «жидких» подушки толщиной см 5.

Apartment size is big. Access to Sauna, steam room and heated swimming pool. Location is perfect.

Hotel needs to improve on breakfast facilities. Limited number of tables and Limited options for breakfast.

The location was good, near the church . Also cooking options were good.

Communication in English was a problem. Also, they could have not charged for a single piece of butter for my child. I don't think they were technically wrong,but you could always give a butter to a child. Also they forgot to close the ventilation window of the standard room in which we were for the previous night,which made the room too cold to sleep.

Спальня без окон,матрасы годов девяностых,подушки ужасные..все обшарпано,убито в хлам,кухня тоже без окон,хотя при выборе номера на букинге Спальня с Окнами!!!!Это конкретный обман клиента!

Everything from booking the one bedroom apartment to arranging airport pickup ....to luggage storage when we went over to other areas till return back to Almaty. Excellent location close to main attractions.

the location is perfect. walking distance to the main sites and restaurants while being in a very quiet place. everyone was really welcoming and helping

The housekeeping made sure that they change the towels and beddings everyday. The receptionists were helpful. The location is very convenient and easy access to supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Also, walking distance to parks and cathedral.

There is no bidet in the toilet, the shower was placed too low and no bath mat available. The room is not sound proof as we can hear little shouting from guests from nearby room. The aircon was turned off and do not have option to use it if guest wants to.

the room wasn't clean (for example, we found an old guest airline stub on the vault). the air conditioning didn't work (heating or cooling) the bath floods the floor
