バワの感性。全く別次元のリゾート建築、家具装飾の完成度。素晴らしいとしか言いようが無いです。ホスピタリティも抜群でした。

設備の古いさ・・、特に空調と電気関係が残念過ぎる。バワが天国で泣いていると思います。

Tasty foods, calm and quite rooms larger pool , spacious garden area. Good beach view larger area for walking and staying. They have good gym facility. Additionally lot of water bodies at the property which is so relaxing combined with the garden.

Staff services at the buffet should be improved. Less attention to the customer needs at the buffet. There were lot of people for the buffet which they could not accommodate within the seating area. For breakfast and dinner there were no seats for us to sit inside and huge crowd was there than the number of seats in both occasions. No staff was served us water at the two occasion until we asked for. One time they cleaned our place and had let others to sit while we were serving food in the buffet. They have no knowledge of how to treating their guest at the buffet. If they cant provide service well for their guests, why are they allowing so much people to get in for the buffet.????????? They should 100% improve their customer service. Customer should be first irrespective of their nationality (local/foreign). Second thing : do not wait the arrange room until the guest arrives. Have them ready before the guest arrival without wasting guests time.

Beautiful location and excellent service. We are visiting from US and found everything to be at 5 star level. Food was excellent and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Breakfast - The selection was beyond my expectation. The food was great and the staff was exceptional. Thank you for a job well done.
