The view was the best I've ever stayed in absolutely breathtaking and it was the best location by far. I will 100 percent be back to stay here. We loved it.

Great location across from the beach

Black mould in bathroom above shower and above bath. Lifts were down for a good part of the day, some poor stayers who were elderly were on floor 20 and had to find alternative accommodation for the entire day until life was fixed. Executive lounge had a fault with electrical appliances and flicked the power fuse out. When I contacted reception, the number listed in the counter failed to work. Te reception phone connected to nothing and when I located another number on google was told no one was onsite to take a look. The electrical cupboard was locked and not able to be accessed. We were part way through cooking and had to relocate all Our cooking and belongings back up to the until for 10 people. Very disappointing.

we loved the position, loved the unit as it had heaps of room, great views and great verandahs. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and little extras. We have booked to come again next year, thank you for a great time. Ps the Weather was amazing for June, we swam in the pool, spa and the ocean :)

i can only say the carpet needs to be updated. There is water stains. My only complaint

No milk in the fridge No hairdryer Broken shower head in the master bedroom Not very clean arrived to pop corn on the floor just felt dirty fingerprints every where dusty

loved balcony, location, spacious airy feel, the sunrise, the view and the beach over the road. also loved the pool and spa.

would be good to provide at least two towels per person, dishwasher tabs, and a kitchen cleaning clothe. also, our key got stuck in the lock which made us loose a half day, would have been nice to have this recognized.

Location and view were amazing. Didn't need to use our car at all for the whole stay. Close to restaurants and shops and the Sunday market was right across the road.

Couldn't find a BBQ anywhere in the outdoor area. Was supposed to be messaged with instructions to get in after hours, but did not receive anything until I called myself and then they were sent to me. Don't know what would have happened, if I didn't call during office hours to get the instructions.
