Loved the view. Bed was super comfortable. Location perfect to access beach, shops and surf clubs. Beautiful pool area with lots of sun lounges.

The room had a very musty smell and carpet etc felt very damp. Our arrival was approximately 7.30pm and the room needed a good airing. If we hadn't been so tired after traveling all day from WA we would of requested another apartment. Damp rid products are really needed and we understand your weather conditions have been excessive.

Close proximity to the beach. Pool area is very relaxing.

Starting to get old and outdated. Worn carpets, old facilities compared to “like” residences in the same area. Rooms “feel” congested.

The convenience of location, close to shops and great food outlets. The pool slide was a great hit for the kids and the water was never too cold.

The tv in one of the bedrooms only had sound no picture, the shower leaked as the bath had been taken out and leak proofing wasn’t done correctly. The toilet holder in one of the bathrooms was on the back wall and was a pain to turn all the way around just to get toilet paper. There was dust on our roof in two of our units. The filter in the aircon in one room was dirty and full of dust. The rooms are out dated and still wanting top dollar. Found toys that weren’t from us under the beds!! No plug in kitchen for sink to wash up . Fridge in one room wasn’t cold even when it was on 5. So we left cupboard door open as the fridge was overheating with the cupboard door shut. The fridge in that same apartment but different room was leaking water had to use towels to keep it dry in the kitchen.

Location, staff and facilities were great especially for families. The pool has a spa, waterslide and kids area for young children.

Facilities are older than some hotels but this is a minor factor.

Fabulous location walking distance to Restaurants, Shops and Woolworths within minutes. The staff were vey professional, helpful and friendly. The accommodation and facilities was thoroughly clearned.

The balcony furniture in room 129 was old and did not look appealing at all. Considering the price I was expecting the apartment to be much nicer. It looked old and run down.

Everything we required was met. Location is great. Clean and very friendly staff.

Nothing too much really. A lovely well run little cafe just up one level was great also.

Bed was uncomfortable. Bit of inconvenience you can't use the lifts. Felt it was a bit pricey.

A large group of school kids came to use the pool on Friday. They were doing bomb dives, back flips, running up the slide and loudly took over the whole area. I heard one of them say "they have no security". My family and others left the area.

the pool and location are fantastic

the location was perfect, close to lots of shops and across from the beach, the room was nice and clean, the bed was great, im very tall and fitted nicely in it, my boy loved the pool water slides, it was nice to sit back and watch him have fun.

the only thing i didnt like was that kids from outside were coming in and using the pool and slides, that would not worry me but they were walking up the slides and my son hurt himself coming down the slide and collecting them, they have cameras in the pool area, but obviously not monitored, i told them off for doing it and just got a mouthful of abuse from them
