לצערי לא אהבנו כלום
את יחס העובדים, רמת הנקיון ירודה לחלוטין, בבריכה אין הפעלות והיה משעמם . הזמר שר במזרחית והיה ים רעש של ילדים. בחדר היו גוקים והחווייה היתה איומה.

אהבנו את פקיד הקבלה הנפלא שעבד בערב שלצערי שכחתי את שמו. היתה בעיה מסוימת הנוגעת לארוחת הערב בחצי פנסיון והוא פתר את זה מיד לשביעות רצוננו. זה מה שנקרא מלונאי. איש מקצוע מעולה.
לא ציפינו ליותר מדי, בכל מקום אפשר למצוא מה לשפר. אבל בסך הכל בתמורה למחיר ששילמנו היה בסדר גמור.

The room and facilities were very good. And also the the staff especially the manger mohamed asadi was so kindly.

The breakfast was ok. The help was nice.
The room was completely different than you see on pictures. Furnitures are old and chipped. We reserved a two bedroom and they offered us a suit. We had to fight and change 3 room till they gave us our room.

My family and I booked two rooms at Club Hotel- a standard suite and a comfort suite. I booked the comfort suite to accommodate a family member with special needs. When we arrived, reception informed us that the room we had paid for (comfort) was not available and that we would both be getting standard rooms. He said the hotel was full and that there was nothing he could do. I asked about a refund for the extra money that I paid for comfort and understood that this would not be possible. We come from the U.S. and don’t know Tiberias or the language, so we could not, at that point, find another hotel. It was also shabbat.
In addition to paying for a room that we did not receive, the hallway was full of unsupervised children playing soccer through the night. We did not sleep due to the noise. The rooms were dirty, run down, and not as pictured on the booking.com website.

The treatment is very bad, the place is not clean at all, it is difficult to find a car park, there is a lot of noise, they do not put an end to young people who get drunk and make noise, the air conditioning is also weak

Decent value for money. Tasty breakfast with a variety of choice (without meat). The room looked clean, but there was a lot of dust inside the drawers. Stunning view from the window at the lake.
The hotel is rather far from the main city facilities and places of interest. If you're travelling in a car, it would not be an issue for you, though.

Room is a big
somebody threw a plate on our balcony, there were a lot of splits. I asked to clean it and first time they came and took away only one big split and the rest splits were still on balcony. when I asked second time as we wanted to celebrate birthday. and about an hour nobody came then I cleaned by myself till they came.
There is no sound isolation at all. impossible to sleep.

paint chipping everywhere and in disrepair. no gym. store closes too early. no concierge or anyone with knowledge of services or restaurants in the area.

The general appearance of the lobby, dining zone and room were clean and comfortable... Friendly and helpful staff... Our stay included only breakfast and they made changes a couple of times during this week we were there. Everything was good and tasty with proper variety of meal. I liked their coffee(and this is not a regular thing)... They have here a synagogue and a children zone. And a swimming pool(didn't swim because of the cold water, but some others did).
Lack of a trash can cover in the toilet(either bad smell or throw paper down the toilet which is bad for the sewer)... Lack of a microwave in the dining room(there is no way to heat anything from the cooling food, and it's rare for such a large hotel)...
When I told to the person responsible for the meal zone during breakfast time, that the table at which we sat wobbles, we received in response "everything is okay"... The bar area was very weak(this is due to preparations for the new "holiday season", so there is a reason, but even so, if the hotel receives guests, leaving the bar so empty is bad)... The general appearance of the hotel is a bit old and shabby. Of all the food, I didn’t like some dumplings(they were very crumbly and watery).
